Condo holiday rentals in Laguna

The condominium is very safe, especially for those who have children . There are several apartments and it is still very quiet. The neighborhood respects the rules , with the exception of some pet owners. I took my dog who always stayed in the apartment or strolled using the guide, he did not dirty any of the condominium garden space. It is difficult to find places that let us take our “furry friends”, so I really enjoyed this place, but the owners need to collaborate. The condominium has employees who do the maintenance and circulate through the spaces, needing them to help you quickly. There is a resident ( D. Lurdes) who makes breads, cucas and threads. It passes in the apartments for parcels. Eating warm bread in the morning before heading to the beach, it's too good! If someone likes to cook, it's good to bring some appliances ( blender, toaster or electric coffee maker) but you have nearby restaurants and you don't need to use the car. The beach is open sea, clean and is steps away🥰

Despite not seeing us personally with Rosimeri we took the best impression of her and the property we rented. We would go back to the same apartment without any hesitation

Fantastic place. Extremely nice and welcoming hosts. I felt like I was part of the family. All our needs have been catered for and the amenities and location are excellent. I highly recommend it.

Max's apartment had everything you need for a good stay as a family, a single constructive comment would be to add an air conditioning in the living room. We recommend the apartment because it has a great location and a very good cost benefit ratio.

We absolutely loved staying in Auri's apartment. It is spacious, with an excellent living area and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The property was super clean and we felt very much at home because the space is very cozy, had everything we needed and is very well maintained. All the details (decoration, towels, bed linens) made our stay very pleasant. Auri was super attentive and in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we had a good experience.

Rui was very attentive and responded quickly! Unfortunately I couldn't stay until the end of the stay but it was worth it! Very close to the sea, the listing has everything you need (except microwave). Quiet and quiet place, super recommend!

I went with some friends, and we loved the place. The location is great, close to downtown and Rosa Sul Beach. Para o Rosa Norte, gives +/- 1km. Bruno was super sweet, attentive and gave us even an apartment apgrade. The place is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and a surreal vibe. The apartment has everything you need: stove, sink, fridge, toaster, blender, electric jar, air conditioning and TV. The bed is great, and the bathroom is super clean. If you are looking for a quiet place, but at the same time close to everything, the Sunset Morada is the perfect place. We highly recommend it! We will definitely go back!

For those looking for nature and tranquility the place is perfect. Very well organized and extra clean space. Simply amazing hosts. Certainly the time we spent was very good. The lagoon is a few yards from the hut and the view of the lake is very beautiful. O Por do Sol is a spectacle apart.

Fit exactly as in the photos, with everything we needed. Perfect for those who have pets, when we went they had more dogs in the building, which made us more relaxed about any barking. Balcony in the bedroom with a beautiful view! 2 km from the village beach, which is wonderful. Ideal place to rest, even at Christmas the beach was not crowded. I highly recommend it.

While it is a few minutes from the beaches and there is something to move by car, it is a place where you can rest very quietly.

Beautiful Place to stay and find peace and quiet! Vanessa was super responsive and kind. Her place is just a perfect gateway for tranquility whether by the beach or by the dunes. Besides being in a quiet area, it's just minutes away from nearby communities. The area has a great local restaurant 2 blocks away where you can meet many locals. We stayed 2 days and had a great time!

Choosing Maria's place was the best choice! The apartment is impeccable with everything we needed to have a great vacation, really well-kept, clean, complete, close to everything. But what stands out the most is Maria's attention, always attentive to everything we need and making us feel comfortable and at ease! We definitely recommend it and look forward to returning soon. Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean, all well tidy, with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too much rules for use but these are condominium rules. About the Host's responsibility part, all great!

The house looked like a residence to live in. Good quality furniture, comfortable environment. I felt at home. Mr. Joaquim and his wife, super attentive, very friendly! I highly recommend it!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, all brand new and very well cleaned, very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary structure for a great stay. Great pool, clean and warm. Well located near the center and close to the beach. Jane extremely attentive, very responsive and kind, we were upset not to be able to use the game room due to the exchange of keys, Jane did what she could to solve the problem, but cono was the weekend we couldn't, but nothing that would spoil the excellent structure and stay we had. We will definitely be staying in the apartment again.

We stayed 7 days in February-March 2025. Giselle is very friendly and excellent host. He sent us recommendations for things to do. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and very comfortable, it has everything you need. We felt very safe in the building and in the neighborhood. As another guest mentioned, from one of the rooms the view faces the cemetery and although the landscape from the balcony is beautiful, it also includes that view as the cemetery is right next door. We didn't see this detail mentioned in the description, and although it didn't affect us, it could be important for other guests. Giselle informed us that the apartment had two beach chairs, so we decided to take less than ours. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of them was in such a bad state that it could not be used, which disappointed us a little because we counted on her. Luckily it wasn't much of an issue as one of the guests was a kid and spent most of his time playing.

Great stay, we were very well received, very close to the center, and the beach, a great quiet place for those who want to rest! Our house is clean and super cozy, perfect, we love it, soon we'll be back!
