Great apartment and well located! Saimon and his wife were very attentive and helpful hosts. Flexible check in and check out. The apartment is in a super insurance condominium, with parking space, 24-hour concierge and great structure. Good space, two comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Everything very clean and organized. Would recommend!

The inn is a grace, really everything that is in the photos , is there, very clean, space for the pets great for me, very quiet place, Mariane, very dear and helpful, in a pampered with some pampering that makes all the direction, nearby market, trails, very beautiful view of the beaches both north and south. Place without noise, really for rest. It is worth knowing, the furniture is not even talked about, what a beautiful thing everything rustic and of good taste.

A room with a wonderful view (we didn't even turn on the TV because we were delighted with the view). The location is great, close to the beach, market and lighthouse. I will definitely return and recommend it. Thanks to the host for the reception and kindness!

Myself and my family had an excellent experience staying in Laguna in this apartment, it was wonderful, the location is great, on the side of a market. The apartment is very nice, and Junir was of incredible sympathy, gave us all the instructions and left our checkin flexible. We highly recommend and love our vacation !

Márcia and her janitor Edison were very quick in their responses, always supporting what was needed. The apartment itself was very dusty and with a lot of dead insects, we had to clean up before we installed it. Another not very pleasant situation is that, they disconnected the elevator from the building, we had several times to use the ladder with luggage and with our baby in our lap.

The place was perfect, very beautiful and cozy to the point where we felt at home. The listing descriptions are accurate. The reception was wonderful, Fabi and his family received us with instructions on the use of the spaces and with a beautiful breakfast, they were extremely kind and helpful, willing to answer our questions. The house is a little far from the center but is not out of hand, it is perfect for those who do not like the chaos of cities, like us. Perfect for enjoying the family and the environment. We were even able to take our puppy, the place is very safe for pets🥰🥰 The view of the house in the morning is perfect, the sun beats in the water of the pond in a beautiful way. We became in love with the site, we highly recommend!

The house is wonderful! Ampla, airy, clean, with all the amenities and still the perfect view of two beaches, plus the lighthouse lit at night. The courtyard enclosed with a soft grass pleased too much. Paula has always been attentive to all our needs. We want to be back for sure!

The condominium is very safe, especially for those who have children . There are several apartments and it is still very quiet. The neighborhood respects the rules , with the exception of some pet owners. I took my dog who always stayed in the apartment or strolled using the guide, he did not dirty any of the condominium garden space. It is difficult to find places that let us take our “furry friends”, so I really enjoyed this place, but the owners need to collaborate. The condominium has employees who do the maintenance and circulate through the spaces, needing them to help you quickly. There is a resident ( D. Lurdes) who makes breads, cucas and threads. It passes in the apartments for parcels. Eating warm bread in the morning before heading to the beach, it's too good! If someone likes to cook, it's good to bring some appliances ( blender, toaster or electric coffee maker) but you have nearby restaurants and you don't need to use the car. The beach is open sea, clean and is steps away🥰

Thiago was a great host and responds quickly to messages. The house is very close to the beach and is well equipped, far more than it is in the description, which was a big surprise. It is comfy and cozy. There is a direct access from the condominium to the beach, as well as there are some dunes with trees, which we were very pleased.
