El Limonero house

The house El Limonero (2-4 people, 40m²), ideal for a married couple with one or two children. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed measuring 150 x 200 cm, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room with an integrated kitchen, and a private terrace with garden furniture and views of the Sierra Nevada. Equipment: Central heating with electric heat accumulators, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi throughout the enclosure and inside the house. Also available: bed linen, towels and a hair dryer. The integrated kitchen in a living room corner is equipped with: crockery, cutlery and other kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, electric juice squeezer and all the necessary utensils for 2 people. Within the enclosure there are the following areas for common use: parking, swimming pool (4×10 m.), barbecue, a space with washing machine and iron with board and terraces overlooking the Durcal River Valley. Extra services: In the complex you can enjoy sauna. This service is optional, its price is not included in the house price.

The little house in the valley is a special place, with its viewpoint overlooking the valley with beautiful views and magnificent sunsets, a large garden, indoor pool, trees, barbecue area. It is also very well connected, near Dúrcal and Padul where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. 20 minutes from Granada, 40 from Sierra Nevada, 25 from the Costa Tropical and 15 from Lanjarón, gateway to the Alpujarras. The house is very cozy and spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room.

We are located in the Lecrin Valley, halfway between the Sierra Nevada and the Costa Tropical, in the countryside, but with access to all kinds of services in the nearby villages or in Granada city (20 min). With almost 2.000 m2 of land, totally fenced, salt water swimming pool, WiFi, heat pump, air conditioning, garden, etc. A wonderful place in the middle of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of the guest without sharing with anyone else.

"Villa Valle de Lecrín" is a newly built house, located in the heart of the Valle de Lecrín, just 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada, and 75 minutes from Malaga airport, therefore its location is ideal to enjoy the entire province of Granada; it has an immense porch with direct views of Lake Béznar from where you can appreciate the spectacular sunsets that the valley offers.

My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the cortijo for any incident or need. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October
