This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Amazing place and very accomodating host.

The price is affordable for an experience that is worth the wait. The host is kind and we love the jakuzzi and videoke.

Great stay, right off the main road so easy to access with public transport. Lots of restaurants nearby!

I stayed for a month in this 1BR condo and had a fantastic experience. The place was super comfortable, with a great view that I never got tired of. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive—any questions I had were answered quickly. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

we are very comfortable staying in her place. the place is clean and eventhough we have an issue in the remote control of the AC it is quickly resolved. definitely will book again if we have an errand in sta. rosa in the future.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

My family and friends had a great stay at Casa Malbar. The pictures & descriptions of the place is accurate. The place is suitable and recommended for big groups. The host and the caretakers are responsive and attentive of their guest. Thanks for having us!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Miss April is very responsive for inquiries

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Had a great stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Didn't checked before booking and was surprised that the place is developed by DMCI and upon knowing I know it'll be a good building complex, i like DMCI developments :) The sticky notes on key places and appliances are extremely helpful - should be a must to all Airbnb listings. Key electronic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, wifi, aircon, etc. are available. The toilet papers, fresh towels and free drinking water is a plus. A quiet and peaceful place in my opinion. Also, it's great that there are nearby fast food resto, a convenience store and coffee and milk tea shops. The view from the balcony is just WOW! Would book the place again in the future just because of the balcony and the view from it :D It's a big factor that you can check-in here anytime before the usual 2 or 3pm check-in time (depending if there's no prior booking or if they can accommodate) free of charge.

Jon was very responsive. The place was neat and organized and every corner has simple instructions. I love how it feels cool as soon as I got into the unit too. Will definitely book again next time I needed to go back to BGC for business trip.
