Holiday rentals with a patio in Lagunas de Puerto Viejo

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

El departamento es idéntico a las fotos, todo muy impecable y con restaurantes y tiendas muy cercas. El acceso es muy rápido. Las instrucciones fueron de fácil entendimiento y dudas resueltas rápido. Muy recomendable!

Wonderful cozy apartment with a comfortable queen size bed, located in a great walkable area with many restaurants and a large mall within 2-3 blocks. I would Highly recommend this apartment. It is absolutely perfect for 2! Pedro was a great communicator ensuring all of our needs and expectations were met. Don’t pass this one up if you’re planning a stay in Miraflores!

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

We had a great stay in Rodrigo’s apartment! It had everything we needed for a short stay in Lima. The apartment was very modern and the building felt secure. Rodrigo was friendly and extremely responsive. We would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Lima!

Alex was very accommodating with last minute flight changes and check-in time. The space was in a great location with cafes below and a small market for grabbing quick items needed for my stay. Alex was even thoughtful to check on me from time to time to ensure my stay was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en esta casa de playa junto a mi familia (éramos 6 personas). Todo estuvo súper bien: la casa es muy cómoda, con acabados bonitos y a solo unos pasos de la playa. También disfrutamos bastante la piscina y el restaurante del club, que estaba muy rico. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la terma que no encendía, pero lo solucionaron rapidísimo y siempre estuvieron atentos para que tengamos una gran estadía. ¡Definitivamente volveremos pronto!

Ambiente tranquilo y privado si lo que buscas es descansar del ruido de la ciudad, fui con mis papás y mis dos perritas, la pasamos bien! El fulbito de mano y la hamaca fueron parte de las cosas que disfruté mucho, pero poniéndome previamente repelente. La anfitriona Anyela siempre amable y atenta a mis consultas.

Un espacio muy agradable para disfrutar con la familia , tenía todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana . El espacio muy amplio y ordenado, además el host respondía a tiempo y todo fue muy claro . Gracias lo recomiendo.

Nuestra estadía en el departamento de Marcelo fue excelente. El lugar es muy bonito, estaba impecable y todo estaba perfectamente equipado. Marcelo fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Fuimos un grupo de amigos y la pasamos increíble; el departamento es cómodo, limpio y está muy bien ubicado. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

Ich habe mich in diesem Duplex Apartment wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war mit Abstand der ruhigste Ort, den ich bisher in Lima erlebt habe. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vor allem: sie hat eine Heizung. Gerade in Lima ist das ein großer Pluspunkt, den man nicht unterschätzen sollte. Der Check In lief über die Rezeption im Haus. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage an einer grünen Allee, ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!

Excellent host Luis Eduardo was attentive at all times and his place is amazing with every thing you can think of - location, cleanliness, quality etc. Absolutely will stay here when I come back to Lima 100% recommended 5+++++

Nos encantó nuestra estadia. El espacio es exacto como en el anuncio, limpio y preciso lo que necesitábamos. Buena ubicación en una calle tranquilo de Barranco, cerca a la plaza principal del distrito. La comunicación con Gladys era muy fácil y siempre respondía rápido. Recomendado 100%
