Nice unit in Miraflores. Easy to walk to everything and unit was clean. Only downfall was no soaps or basic toiletries so be prepared to bring all your own. Arrives late in the night so this was difficult to do. Everything else was good.

A perfect stay. I went as a couple and the accommodation is ideal for those who want to spend a couple of days, weeks or months in Lima. Everything is like new. Everything is working. And an excellent host.

Getting to the apartment building was easy and the area is well located. The apartment met all the descriptions given and is as shown in the photos. Clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably

My husband and I stayed a week in Lima and had a great stay at Eduardo’s place! Eduardo was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is beautiful, very modern and clean and has a lot of space. Located right in Miraflores, so very close to many amazing restaurants and bars. There is also a Pilates/yoga gym in the building and a nice rooftop area. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back to Lima in the future

Perfect size for one person or a couple. It was comfy and cozy and had everything we needed for comfort. Location is pretty central in Barranco and a quick walk to Miraflores. Street is very loud in front of a bus stop and highway intersection but got quieter late night.

We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

Wow, amazing! We really enjoyed the stay there. The flat is absolutely beautiful and you have everything you need.

It's a very safe area, Reyna and Mr. Walter were very kind, they were always on top of everything. All areas of the house are very tidy with a pleasant smell. I felt at home, I went to celebrate my birthday and they even left me a nice gift.

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

The duplex is beautiful, it meets everything you mention in the publication, it is very close to everything, very well equipped and has a beautiful view. I imagine it's a matter of time to fix the access that was the only thing that limited us a little bit to go out at night. This is something to note. The super spacious apartment, I loved the view and we were able to enjoy the fds.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

I stayed here for 3 nights during my time in Lima and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The location is absolutely perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, two of the most vibrant and walkable districts in the city. I felt completely safe walking around at all hours, and the building itself is extremely secure with a guard always present at the entrance. Check-in was a breeze. Arturo was incredibly warm and welcoming—he met me in person, showed me around the apartment, and made sure I had everything I needed to settle in quickly. The apartment itself is exactly as described, if not better. It’s thoughtfully laid out with a unique, artistic vibe. The open terrace and upstairs workspace make it an ideal spot for anyone working remotely or just looking for a place to unwind and feel inspired. I used the kitchen several times and found it convenient and easy to use. A fan was provided which made the space comfortable, and I didn’t need anything more.
