Beautiful place , in a great location , about 5-10 minute walk from a beautiful beach view and touristic restaurants and painted walls. Very romantic and nice area , many great places to grab a bite at around. Check in was smooth. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy pool or jacuzzi but everything pictured looks as is. Very nice place would definitely book again!😊

Ana's place was amazing!! the best airbnb we stayed at on our peru trip. We are two remote workers, the wifi was great for both of us. Her attention to detail, little touches like coffee, water and even body strays in the bathroom made you feel she really cares about your stay and comfort. beautiful location, we can recommend this place enough!

Beautiful place to stay in Barranco. Very close to great restaurants and everything was very clean. The host Rodrigo was very responsive and friendly.

I really loved staying here -- the apartment was even nicer in person, super modern, and had everything I needed! I felt right at home, the balcony adds a nice touch and I absolutely loved the pool. Giovanna is a super friendly and responsive host. The location was great, too!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment, with an incredible view of the water. Close walk to everything you could want. Easy communication with the hosts, and couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone visiting Lima.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, with all the amenities. Our host was very responsive, he responded quickly to our requests and was very friendly. Please note that reservations are required to use the pool or jacuzzi. The only point we liked less is the noise of the boulevard in front of the apartment but as a general rule, we were very happy.

We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful beach house, super functional and with a beautiful view, it was a luxury to be on the terrace and contemplate the sea. Private environment, safe and clean. I stayed here for 3 nights during my time in Lima and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The location is absolutely perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, two of the most vibrant and walkable districts in the city. I felt completely safe walking around at all hours, and the building itself is extremely secure with a guard always present at the entrance. Check-in was a breeze. Arturo was incredibly warm and welcoming—he met me in person, showed me around the apartment, and made sure I had everything I needed to settle in quickly. The apartment itself is exactly as described, if not better. It’s thoughtfully laid out with a unique, artistic vibe. The open terrace and upstairs workspace make it an ideal spot for anyone working remotely or just looking for a place to unwind and feel inspired. I used the kitchen several times and found it convenient and easy to use. A fan was provided which made the space comfortable, and I didn’t need anything more.

A nice and clean apartment in a great area - we loved Barranco. Sandra was very communicative. Some noise disturbances from neighbors in the middle of the night but nothing too bad or long. otherwise everything was great !

We really liked staying in Luis's apartment, he and his team are super attentive , they respond very quickly to any questions. The super quiet area . Many places to walk . Very good restaurants in all the surroundings. The condominium staff is also super attentive. I would definitely recommend it at your stay in Lima . Thank you ☺️
