Escape to our beloved holiday house nestled near the ocean, where warmth and calm await. The house is perfect for a relaxing getaway: Lounge in bed under skylights or cozy up by the fire in our artist-appointed living room. You're steps from the delightful Ploughman's Lunch café and minutes from the Risser's beach boardwalk or a hike at lovely Crescent beach. Experience cool ocean breezes and the fragrance of a glade of ferns from our peaceful retreat while you keep watch for visiting deer.

Sea Shore Bunkie is the jewel of the South Shore!

Sea Shore Bunkie is a cozy space with stunning water views and many amenities! The Bunkie is a delightful space for sleeping and relaxing with its own deck. Kitchenette and bathroom are separate space away from the bunkie and private off the main house with its own entrance. Not suitable/ mobility issues Peddle into the cove for a closer look at nature. Star gaze and sit by the campfire at night. Hike Gaff Point or walk the oceans shores of over ten beaches on the South Shore

the ISLAND - A Charming Island Cottage and Bunkie

The ISLAND provides an amazing and unique escape that is truly one of a kind. This remarkable location is located only minutes off the highway and is less than an 1.5hr drive from Halifax. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. However you decide to spend your time, we hope you enjoy your stay at this tranquil and picturesque island escape.

Want to experience off-grid living in a beautiful forest setting, 10 minutes to white sandy beaches? Tanglewood Cabin is a stylish little off-grid cabin nestled in the forest on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. The cabin has a small solar system for charging your devices and to power a few lights. A beautifully built out-house is located near the cabin. While there is no running water in the cabin, water is provided for cooking, drinking and washing.
