Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

The large natural garden invites you to enjoy nature and "being outside." The area is wonderful for a variety of activities. Cyclists will find the perfect cycling area here, while hikers can take short or long walks in nature.

Traumkotten

Get out of the city and into the countryside. The listed Heuerhaus is located on a 5,000 m² natural estate. Nestled in a rural setting, you will find pure relaxation here. The house has been completely renovated: underfloor heating (heat exchanger), wallbox, sauna, fireplace everything is operated with green electricity. That's why electricity costs are calculated precisely according to the meter reading.

UniKate – Vacation in Artland

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

The non-smoking apartment is located in the attic, is fully furnished and equipped with standard utensils. It is suitable for 1 to max. 3 people. You can safely park your car, motorcycle or bicycles at the house. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults. It is centrally located and quiet at the same time. An opaque garden invites you to relax. Large parking lot from the house. For a pet, there is a €20 fee.
