The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

All necessary services and a bus stop within walking distance. 5 km to the center of Lahti. 4/25 also courtyard sauna + cabin (+ 1 bed for extra charge)

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

Mökin kruunaavat pehmeät löylyt tarjoava puulämmitteinen sauna sekä upea, suuri kylpypalju järvinäköalalla. Oma hiekkaranta ja laiturinnokka kutsuvat uimaan ja nauttimaan aurinkoisista kesäpäivistä.

Bus stop 300m with direct bus to city center and train station. Not suitable for wheelchair, steps outside the building to the front door.
