This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! The place is super comfortable and clean, with really good ambiance. The owner is very friendly and approachable, which makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

Had a great stay! The unit is comfortable and perfect for working remotely—the WiFi is fast and reliable. The bed is comfy, and I enjoyed watching Netflix on the Smart TV during downtime. The elevator can get a bit busy since there are a lot of guests, but it's manageable. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to coffee shops, malls, restaurants, and fast food. It’s also really easy to get a taxi, and there’s a 7-Eleven and ATMs right next to the building. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay

This is my fourth or fifth time staying here, and I keep coming back because the place has a great vibe and feels just like home. It’s always very clean and consistently well-maintained every time I visit. The host is also incredibly kind and responsive. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in Cebu City—hands down the best place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Ryedgee's place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toiletries, and a guidebook with local recommendations. Host and Co Host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a great place to stay for a family. with spacious clean bed and living room, sauna is a unique add on and the breathtaking view of the city is to look forward to esp at night. Such a memorable stay for my family!Thank you Petri!

Stayed at Jerry’s place over the long weekend last week—his place is very nice and private—it’s giving a ‘hotel vibes’. My only comment was the bathroom bidet, it was too tight (strong water pressure). But overall, I bookmarked Jerry’s place for my succeeding Cebu or Bohol trips for family or group stays! I will surely be back for more!

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.

Ikigai is the best place ever. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The onsite staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. If you need a place to get away from it all with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Loved everything about this stay!

My previous reservation got cancelled by my previous host and Ms. Loreben accommodated us on our last minute rebooking.
