The warm and relaxing atmosphere made it easy for us to unwind and feel truly “at home.” A special thank you to Ma’am Marj and to her brother, Sir Jo for their kindness and assistance throughout our stay. Sir Jo’s presence made everything even more seamless and welcoming. This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout my entire stay, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the warm atmosphere of the place. I stayed for eight days, and during that time, the caretaker was always available and ready to help — no matter the hour. Whether it was day or night, I always knew there was someone I could reach out to if I needed anything, which made me feel very safe and supported. The house itself was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel relaxed and at ease. All in all, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for everything — I would definitely love to come back in the future

Mary Elaine was very responsive to messages. The couch smelled and she replaced it immediately with a new one. Only complaint is the noise at night. The local entertainment establishments music can be heard until 2 or 3 in the morning. The elevators had only 1 or 2 working most days and the wait sometimes was up to 1/2 hr just to get on an elevator. This is beyond her control. Plenty of transportation options and located in an excellent spot to see the whole city. I highly recommend Mary Elaine condo at 20A in Building 2 at Horizons.

We enjoyed our stay here! its just like the photos and git everything we needed. She is also vv responsive to us and to our concerns. Place feels so homey just what we needed. Thank you so much

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, stylish, and well-maintained the space was. The condo had a modern yet cozy feel, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect conveniently close to restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself was secure, with friendly staff. Jonna was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed and even provided great local recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend Jonna’s condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay in the city. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit!

The very nice Appartment complex with a shop and laundry and close to it park

Stayed here for 2 days and had a good time. Very accessible to It Park and Grab services. Easy check-in process, guards are friendly. There’s a convenient store on the ground floor which was nice. For those working from home, the WIFI is reliable. But there’s no blackout curtains so the room is quite lit during the day. Tough for those working the night shift. Also, the towel they provided was quite old and I ended up buying my own towel. There are toilet papers provided but no toothbrush/paste so you need to bring your own. Overall the cost was worth it. Our stay with the unit was great and was pleasant. It was not your usual unit that you would need to surrender your keys for leaving and coming in. Everything was just smooth and Kenny was so generous enough for us to ket us stay the unit earlier than what is usually agreed on as we have arrived in Cebu early. Kudos and recommendable. Thank you, Kenny for having us! 😊

The host was accommodating, friendly and responsive. She's very communicative through out our stay with updates, need to know information, & suggestions, especially when my flight was delayed. Her unit was cozy, comfortable and safe. Good for family staycation or a group of 4-5 friends. TV (netflix, youtube, etc) & WIFI are working and reliable (although we didn't try using it for work with our laptops). Her unit has a spacious bedroom, queen size bed and another pull out bed. I was able to utilize her rice cooker, induction stove, refrigerator, and cookingware for the our entire stay. Complimentary water was provided, during our stay (water dispenser: hot & cold). 9th floor is accessible for the play ground and pool. All in all, we didnt experienced any challenges / issues during our stay that would hinder our staycation.

The host Giullia is lovely, friendly, and attentive, making sure that we can check-in as instructed. She is a local and was able to suggest us a car rental place nearby. The room is nice and in good condition. Only a few things inside the room that require minor fixing. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for a reasonable price. I would recommend as it is affordable and will meet your needs! Thank you for hosting us.

Здравствуйте!Жилье отличное ,все необходимые вещи есть ,есть стиральная машинка ,есть балкон ,кондиционер работает тихо,в квартире очень уютно,комната разделена шкафом,очень удобно если один человек спит то другой может находиться во второй половине,балкон выходит на оживленную часть парка ,но в комнате не слышно шума с улицы!В квартире все чисто ,белье свежее ,приятный запах!в душевой комнате имеются средства для душа ,на кухне все есть необходимое ,я за свою практику побывал во многих местах -и по опыту скажу что жилье соответствует высшей оценки ,цена -соответствует!самое главное что хозяйка прекрасная девушка,которая на связи 24/7 ,Ах да мой совет для того кто будет снимать жилье-рядом есть услуги стирки -250 пессо за 2 кг 😬,так что пользуйтесь стиральной машинкой которая находится в квартире,стоит на балконе -отлично стирает !Хозяйке желаю хороших клиентов-она заслуживает этого !Удачи всем и пусть Бог бережет вас !

The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines. the place was very worth the price! it looked exactly like the photos posted and we were very comfortable. 🥰 probably the only thing i can suggest is to add more pillows sa bedroom but other than that, everything was great! thank you to the hosts! 💌

We enjoyed our stay, Greg and Shiela was always responsive and gave clear instructions. they also helped me with my parking spot. The aircon was freeeeezing cold! had a good hot/cold shower as well as toiletries. I'll definitely come back once I'm in Cebu again.

We had a great stay at Mary Grace. The location was very peaceful and felt right at home. Mary Grace was very helpful and has helped us with great recommendations. The place has everything we need. I recommend the place, and hope to stay again in the future.
