The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

Parking on the grounds is perfect for doing anything on foot. Ideal for 4 people (up to 6). The property features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large, air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
