Welcome to Les Sables! Nice studio of 32 m2 located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the embankment. A splendid view facing the ocean, all over the right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and embankment a short walk away! For your convenience, free parking is reserved for you during the summer season on June/July/August. Parking 10 minutes walk from the property. Come and enjoy this charming house facing south, it is located in a quiet area less than 100m from the beach of Les Génerelles and 400m from the shops of the city center. Parking on the grounds is perfect for doing anything on foot. Ideal for 4 people (up to 6). It welcomes you with a large bright living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen equipped with new. Outside, 2 gardens with terrace and all the necessary equipment (BBQ, living room, sunbeds).

nice refurbished studio, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby... the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a double secure entrance. The accommodation is rated 2 stars. At La Tranche sur Mer, parking is paid from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella Maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
