It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

Just 300 m from Clos de Florie, this 45 m2 accommodation on the ground floor of our house has a private entrance, terrace and parking space. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed and TV, and a bathroom with shower.
