This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

This homestay is really homie, there are lots of amenities and facilities, there are even things I brought from home that I didn't use, like mosquito nets, prayer mats and others. It's complete, and the price is really worth it

Thank you, Felix, for providing such a nice place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a living room, dining table, and kitchen – everything we needed was there. There were also plenty of towels provided, which was very convenient. The staff was very polite and made check-in and check-out easy and smooth. However, although the house itself is nice, the maintenance could be improved. The small garden in front of the wall was overgrown with weeds, and one of the gate lights had fallen and was left unattended. There was no water heater, but it wasn’t a big issue for us – the water was pleasantly warm and refreshing, especially in Surabaya’s climate. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a little more care in upkeep, this place could be even better. Thanks again!

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and had a wonderful time. One of the biggest highlights was that it’s pet-friendly—I was able to bring my furry friend along, and the environment was perfect for both of us. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was secure and great for pets to roam around safely. I also appreciated the peaceful location, which offered privacy and relaxation, yet was still conveniently close to nearby cafes and shops. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets or simply looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. I would definitely come back again!

Wonderful place to stay! Cathlin was a great host — very responsive and friendly. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.), and it was extremely clean and maintenance problems. Such a nice place and would love to stay again!

Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, access to the apartment is quite private with an interesting view from the 25th floor, easy to find but need extra time to walk to the mall because you have to make a little detour to get there

Overall, it’s a very good experience. The PIC is very friendly, and helpful. I will rent it again next time.

Very responsive host! Overall stay was amazing as it was on top of Pakuwon Mall ( literally the lobby is inside pakuwon mall). Very easy check in The only thing to note is that the wifi is a bit slow so we cant stream netflix or watch youtube on laptops. We had to use our own handphone..but there are many things to do as we are on top of a mall.

This unit almost checks all the boxes for me. As a corner unit, it truly feels like a proper 2-bedroom—more spacious and well-laid-out compared to many other 2BR options in the apartment towers around Pakuwon Mall. The interior is beautifully decorated—stylish, clean, and homey. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning working well, which is a big plus, and there's even an automatic Calmic room fragrance spray that subtly adds to the pleasant and relaxing ambiance. If I could make one small suggestion, having a rice cooker and a floor mop would’ve made it absolutely perfect. But even without those, it was a delightful stay and I’d definitely come back again.

Great place for stay with family and friends, integrated with Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest mall in Surabaya. Lot of parking and easy to find. Highly recommended for those need a great place for healing and holiday. Very spacious and beautiful interior as shown on the pictures!

Vicky responded super quickly and went out of his way to make the place available to us quite spontaneously. Didn't arrive in Surabaya until 12am and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were immediately offered a late check-out until 1p.m. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is not too crowded, access to the lottemart and to the food court is very close just take the escalator, complete and very worth it.

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Casaluca's room was clean and very accessible. We have no trouble checking in and finding the room ourselves. He also updated the change the room accordingly due to actions of previous tenants. Thank you very being very considerate and responsive!

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏

What a super satisfying stay. A clean and comfy apartment, everything you need is already there. Beautiful surrounding too, easy to get eat, easy access, and super safe because you always need the access card to go everywhere. Tante Anggraeni was one of the kindest host that i ever met, super responsive, super thoughtful and make me feel at home. Thankyou tante for those delicious welcoming snacks kue tok and arem-arem. We like it so much. We had a great experience here and will come back for sure to stay at Tante Anggraeni’s place. See youuu tante.. God bless you and fam.
