The home is close to Tryon Equestrian Center, wineries, apple orchards, Lake Lure, and more. Floating Dock with paddle boards and kayaks to share. Outdoor fire pit area. Three bedrooms upstairs and bunk room in the basement. We have 4.5 bathrooms. Full covered upstairs patio as well as basement full of games for when the sun goes down.

This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.
