Great stay! The instructions to get into the place were super detailed and helpful! It’s in a great location, and definitely walkable to a lot of things especially the stadium. Super clean too!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

Beautiful place to stay, very quiet and peaceful, everything was as described, loved that it had everything we needed, the games and toys were a hit with my granddaughter, I love that it was so clean, and there is lots do within walking distance, will definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful location right next to all the things we wanted to do and see. We walked most days to our destinations and others were just a short drive. I’m so thankful for the noise machine in the room to help us sleep since we were right in town. The access to the condo used impressive technology and it worked every time I used it. There is a bicycle rental station at the park right down the street. The aquarium and other fun downtown spots are a quick walk away. Ruby falls is a quick drive. We had so many wonderful experiences from this location. The condo had everything we needed inside.

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

The stay for me was very peaceful and comforting. Everything down to the location was very clean, chill and smooth running. Overall it was pretty relaxing for me.

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. He even suggested a few places because we weren’t from there. Best Airbnb that I’ve encountered so far!!!! If I ever go back to Atlanta I will be booking this same Airbnb. Thank you

The place was definitely worth the money beautiful home and very friendly host not overly bothersome just made sure we got checked in and everything was as supposed to be place has a nice workout room and message chair sauna was awesome very nice house. I didn’t stay there my guys did but I checked the place out and it was definitely one of the nicer places I thought with the gym and sauna and all hot tub was out of order but other then that everything was as described and place was nice would definitely recommend trying the place out thank you for sharing your place with us and being awesome host!! Hope to staying again if where back in the area thank you!!!

We had a nice family vacation at this house. We were in town for 10u baseball event and house was centrally located. We enjoyed the quiet area and pool at the house. We would easily book again. Amber was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Barry and Tricia are both so lovely, they were always very professional and extensive with their responses which I appreciated. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean with an amazing view of the lake behind. We met the previous owner and he was very kind as well. The only thing I could think to ask of them is to include more pictures in the listing! You are gatekeeping your gorgeous home! lol This is a worthwhile stay with a group of friends or family. Our family gathered here to spend some time together while celebrating a high school graduation. There was plenty of room, a wonderful back yard, a great kitchen and dining room to prepare and serve meals, and comfortable beds. We were all pleased with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Kendra provided timely responses to all registered guests.

Jeff’s place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. We had more than enough space for our family of 8. We really enjoyed celebrating our 2 y/o bday here. So much so we all agreed we’d come back to celebrate other times together here! Thank you again
