Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Ariel

Bill was an absolute pleasure to rent from! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always available to chat with and had so many amazing stories to tell us. The house was so homely and comfortable! We truly enjoyed our visit!

I must say, being that it was my first time traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I think I found my safe spot to unwind and relax. I love how peaceful and calming my stay was. There are things to do that’s no more than 30 minutes out. Jonathan and his team were very responsive when needed. The unit is exactly as the picture, very clean, appliances are in great condition, it has been maintained very well. I’m definitely coming back!

Esther’s place was clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. In fact several years ago we lived in the same building as this apartment so we knew how perfect the location would be for our stay in Scranton. It is street parking, but there are always plenty of parking spots close by. Esther provided plenty of towels and the kitchen is stocked nicely. The living room is super comfy and the gas fire place a nIce treat on those cold mornings. If are are visiting Scranton, please do not hesitate to book this place. Esther will take good care of you!

I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

This place was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. It’s in a great location—within walking distance of plenty of delicious local restaurants and fun activities. We loved how easy it was to explore the area without needing to drive. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay that’s close to food, attractions, and also a short drive to hiking and other things to do in the Poconos, this is a perfect choice!

The place was super peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had an amazing time enjoying the view and seeing the deer. If you’re traveling in an electric vehicle, be sure to check out the charging stations nearby, here aren’t many options...but if you’re looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, this is the place to be!

This is probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s in the Pocono mountains! Dawn is an excellent host and is very communicative! Check in was a breeze, the house was cozy and the views from the deck was just stunning! We loved our stay here and hope to come back again!

The place was even better than the pictures on Airb&b. The view was beautiful, we didn't want to leave. The bedrooms were so comfortable and fabulous views from every room. I've stayed at other rentals through Vrbo which had the bare minimum linens, kitchen supplies, etc. 76 Ledge Drive was better stocked with everything we needed. We won't hesitate to rent again next year. I'd rate this vacation a 12 out of 10.

House was amazing and had a lot of outdoor space to have a good time

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

If you value coziness, warm and inviting environment, responsive, friendly, and attentive host then Cozy House will not disappoint. From the moment you start communicating with Vera she lets you know you’re in great hands. She wants your stay to be the best possible. I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

The place was clean and cozy, it had everything inside my family could have needed and asked for. The bedroom situation was perfect and extremely comfortable. The downstairs living room was fantastic and provided many memories. My grandkids love the place and the space. We could not have asked for a better place or host for our trip.

My fiance and I loved the place. Very quiet and peaceful, I would definitely come again! Super clean and the host always answer messages in a fast timing. Everything went super smoothly and I definitely recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Paul's Airbnb. My wife and I stayed here on a work trip. It had all the amenities to be a home away from home.

An amazing lakefront property. Great for hiking, adventuring, and skiing in the winter. I would stay again.

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

We had the best time, and this was the absolute perfect spot! Clean, comfortable, perfect location with beautiful views and easy access to the pools and hot tub! Amy was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend and would visit again!

very clean and spacious. very easy to get to and lots to do around close and a little far. house was big and really nice with great appliances. all my questions were answered booking was really easy as was check in. all around really easy, well worth it, clean, comfortable, great experience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, very clean and neat space and the host was kind and responsive.

The place was beautiful and peaceful, kitchen had everything you need to cook, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, you have a recreational center with indoor and outdoor pool, arcade, basketball field, but the condo is on a quiet a peaceful area 2 minutes drive from the recreational center, house has all the amenities for a perfect stay. Max was kind and responsive to my questions, I definitely recommend this place.

The space was great! The only thing that was different was the indoor pool and hot tub were not on site. They only have an outdoor pool that of course was closed in February. They did however give access at another resort 7 miles away. We were not able to take advantage due to a snow storm that came in. But I did get use of the jet tub in the upstairs bathroom so it made up for it😊
