Treehouse {Heated} Eco-farm retreat at Kaluna Farm

The Treehouse Sanctuary is in the Kaluna Farm Retreat. Kaluna's Treehouse Sanctuary is nestled in a grove of tulip poplars by our sweet water spring. Imagine peacefully sitting on the porch, watching the creek meander. Inside, lounge on the bean bags or make an escape down the spiral slide. Dream with the trees in the upstairs bedroom that offers a bird's eye view of the surrounding woodland. This space is ideal for two adult guests, but can accommodate up to two children. We are a morganic family farmstead. We have other listings including the Bamboo Roost, Off-The-Grid Log Cabin and Wooden Yurt. Book all spaces for larger events, or just come with your sweetie and kick-back in nature. This place is easy to access and private enough to feel you are in another world. The Treehouse Sanctuary is steps away from some of North Georgia's best spring water. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy all the elements of good living that lead to vibrant health. There is a fire pit and charcoal grill available for guest use. Guests should plan ahead and bring their own charcoal and firewood. Wood may be available for purchase on-site. Please confirm firewood availability with hosts. Our gardens are open to your exploration, we just ask you to stay on paths and do not walk in our garden beds, the microbes thank you. We like to welcome our guest and orient them to the sight. Sometimes we share a fire, and other times we talk together and do tasks on the farm. Our farm is a dynamic place, so catch us and we love to talk and share about our lives. Our neighborhood is home to the Talking Rock Nature Preserve. The preserve offers 10-12 miles of multi-use (mountain biking & hiking) trails. There are many wineries in our area, including 5 wineries that are within 20-25 minutes from the farm. Feel free to ask us if you need any help orienting or want recommendations for recreational activities. We will send you on an adventure! There is not an attached bathroom on this space. Guests have access to a restroom with a toilet, shower, and sink in the community bath house (located a short walk from the Treehouse). The bathroom may be shared with other guests. We take great care in sanitizing the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom is outfitted with a HEPA filter. Using GPS to get to the farm can be tricky. Please note the following: From 515 North, continue through Jasper towards Ellijay. Continue forward past Biguns BBQ (on your right) and the Scenic View. Our road, Old Whitestone Road East, is the FIRST left once you have passed the scenic view. The road quickly turns to gravel. You will pass two gated driveways on your right. The THIRD driveway on the right, marked with a white mailbox and a white street sign for Cedar Springs Hollow is our driveway...turn right here. Continue forward down the hill. Once you see an old log cabin, find a place to park and you have arrived.

The Cozy. .

This flat is huge with a bedroom measuring 225sq.ft. It is equiped with a queen size bed, spacious closets, desk and television. There is an entry door here and a door that separates it from the living room/kitchen area. This is also very large, measuring 210sq.ft. In here we have a dining table, and a twin pullout sofa bed. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and dining necessities. We have a cozy bathroom with shower and bath. always equipped with clean towels and all the necessary toiletries. There is also a laundry room that doubles as a broom closet, equipped with a washer and drier. The space is large enough to accommodate three. Your home is completely private with separate entry. If not available to welcome you home, your key will be left at a designated spot and you will be notified. You get to carry your key while you are here so you can come and go as you please. Your privacy is important to me and you will hardly see me but I will be here and if you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to let me know. No matter the time. The property is surrounded clever gardens and tranquility The Infinite Center is less than five miles away. There are major shopping centers and great restaurants nearby. The Lenox mall is 10 to fifteen miles away in Buckhead. Perimeter mall is 15 minutes away where there are many restaurants, including, Cheesecake Factory Across the road find many restaurants, my favorites being the Eclipse de Luna for tapas and Alon's, a bakery/restaurant And Mall of Georgia is only 10 miles north of us THE INFINITE CENTER IS 6.5 MILES AWAY. We are two and a half miles from highway 85 and nine miles from highway 285. 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 20 minutes from the perimeter and Dunwoody area. The Marta train station is in Doraville..9 miles away. There are two major supermarkets. Kroger is just up the road..1/2 mile and the Publix is two miles away. There are many nice restaurants on Pleasant Hill road but if you feel like venturing out for more excitement, the perimeter and the buckhead areas are not far from us. The Marta buses run regularly and of cause if you need a lift, I will be happy to accommodate you on Fridays and on the weekends.

This newly updated 5,600 SF ranch house sits tucked into a very private 7 acre Hickory forest overlooking a private 2 acre lake teeming with Bass and other game fish. Relax on the 50 foot long screened in porch and watch the water and listen to the frogs at night. Enjoy a warm bath in the claw foot tub, massage in the spa area or relax at the bar. Walking distance to Kroger, CVS and several restaurants and shops. 3 miles from Perimeter Mall. Walking distance to Brook Run Park. Unfortunately, no parties, no events.

Gorgeous cool luxurious space near Truist Park

This beautiful studio house in the heart of Smyrna, 5 minutes from Truist Park and 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta is filled with mostly local art. When you walk in the front door it feels lush and welcoming. There are lots of little details that will make you comfortable from the coffee bar, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace, beautiful art everywhere and full kitchen. My hope is that you'll feel relaxed and inspired. You'll love being so close to a pedestrian mall with great restaurants.
