Imagine being outside enjoying a fresh cup of coffee, that the host has provided, and hearing the sound of an 'ol rooster calling you to explore the sites. Fantastic!!!

Such a perfect place! Walkable to downtown Rogers, and Bentonville is just a short drive. LeeLee and her husband were extremely responsive and offered great recommendations for local entertainment and restaurants. Don't sleep on this listing!

This was our second time staying at Nadine’s place. It’s perfect for us and our fur babies to stay while in Rogers. It’s close to the downtown square and only 15 minutes to the AMP. The bed is comfy and the place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

We wish we could give 6 stars… you could tell the host went above and beyond ensuring this place had everything our family could ever need to make this a home-away-from-home. Many other places “check the boxes” and have the minimums, but this place had everything and it was all premium and usable. The property is clean, quiet and cozy. Host was super friendly and understood how to elevate the experience. The inside joke was that we could say we needed something, open a drawer and it was magically there. There was also an abundance of toys/activities and stuff for the kiddos. Hands down best experience so far. Thanks for the personal touches John, it definitely helped make this trip better!
