Ubytování odpovídalo popisu nabídky. Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi - klidná lokalita, krásný výhled na jezero. Dobrá orientace bytu vůči slunci, zahrada před domem zabezpečena tak, aby se děti nedostaly samy k jezeru. Na pláži dvě restaurace - bufety. S hostitelem byla skvělá domluva.

The apartment boasts an incredible view, and the entire accommodation, including the building itself, is highly secure. There is also a designated children's area. Importantly, the management team is always open to receiving feedback to enhance visitors' stays, taking it seriously to ensure high standards are met. The images posted by them accurately represent the furnishings found in the apartment. If there are no restrictions on the number of adults, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4-5 adults and one child. The beautiful Lake Balaton is just a 2-3 minute walk from the building, where you can rent small boats or yachts, swim, or visit the children's playground, equipped with swings, slides, seesaws, and more. If you are seeking a peaceful environment, this is the perfect location, as it offers a serene retreat away from the bustle of Budapest. However, the M7 motorway provides a quick connection to Budapest,with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes by car

Sehr nettes Apartment. Sieht genauso wie auf den Fotos aus und man konnte direkt vor der Haustüre parken. Ein Zugang zum See ist in gehweite erreichbar. Mit dem Rad kann man perfekt die Umgebung und die nächsten Ortschaften erkunden. Die Fahrräder sollten noch etwas mehr aufgepumpt werden und ein Pedal repariert aber ansonsten toll dass die Möglichkeit besteht. Bei Fragen haben wir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Total nette Ansprechpartner. Tolle Unterkunft und Lage, alles in der Nähe, ob Wasser, Supermärkte, Gastronomie oder Veranstaltungen. Einfach klasse Urlaub, super gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I had a Great staycation thank you

Eszter nagyon kedves vendéglátó, minden kérésünket gyorsan megoldotta. A szállás közvetlenül a parton található, mi szilveszterkor jártunk itt, mintha saját magánstrandunk lett volna...a fürdést leszámítva. 😀 A hely klasszul van kialakítva, közös nappali-konyha a társas tevékenységhez, elszeparált hálók. A konyha, fürdő jól felszerelt, az ágyak kényelmesek. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Wir können hier nur sagen das die Unterkunft absolut toll ist. Direkt am Balaton gelegen, jetzt im April schön ruhig und das Haus bzw die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ein Traum wenn man bei nicht so warmen Wetter, im Whirlpool oder auf dem Sofa sitzen kann und durch die großen Panorama Fenster auf den Balaton blicken kann. Alles in allem war dies ein traumhafter Aufenthalt für uns Ungarn Fans hier im April.

Csaba nagyon rugalmas, segítőkész és kommunikatív volt. Bár személyesen nem találkoztunk, de felhívott, hogy hogy éreztük magunkat. A szállás kifogástalan, nagyon szép, tiszta, rendezett. Nagyon jól telt az itt eltöltött 1 nap. Innen is köszönjük még egyszer Csaba! Az egyetlen nehézségünk az volt, hogy nem tudtunk ételt rendelni, nem szállították ki nekünk Felsőörsre az ételt, szóval előtte érdemes lehet felhívni a vendéglátó helyeket ezügyben, ha valaki ilyesmit tervez előre. (Csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, egy baráti rendezvény miatt és nem akartunk közösen főzni/grillezni az idő szűke miatt. Utólag lehet inkább ezt választanám.) Persze ez nem a szállás vagy a szállásadó hibája, ez inkább csak plusz infó, hogy más ne fusson bele ilyesmibe.

Nagyszerű Balaton parti szállás, szép kilátással és privát strandolás lehetőségével. Az udvar kellemesen árnyékos volt, a stégen és a parton lehetett napozni. A szállás jól felszerelt, kiságyat és etetőszéket is tudtak nekünk biztosítani.

This was our third time at this beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay as always. Our highlights were: the garden and private lake access for us, the fenced garden for our dog and the high-speed WiFi for my teenage kids.

3 sehr schöne Wochen! Adam ist super, immer, auch mehrsprachig, erreichbar! Wer strandnah, ruhig, mit leckeren Speiseoptionen in der Nähe, urlauben möchte, dann gerne hier. Super Terrasse, ganz wichtig: Klimaanlage😉!!!....bei der Hitze. Waren als Familie zu dritt, für uns hat alles gepaßt!

Everything was great, thank you for a wonderful holiday

Visited with our two young children and grandparents from both sides. House was ideal, felt spacious and had a large garden, so the kids had plenty of space to tear around when they weren't in the water. Weather was quite changeable during our stay, so we really got to experience the full spectrum of the Balaton coast from the comfort of the villa. Felt very safe for the kids, even though the youngest is only 3 and doesn't swim yet. Neighbourhood was quiet, collected food from a nice restaurant a couple of times and it was a 15 min walk to the local shops and beach area. Noticed most of the visitors in the area had bikes, which would have been ideal as it's very flat and not many cars around. Tried some fishing from the garden, but water was a bit too shallow unless you waded out 200m or so to one of the fishing platforms. You pay a premium for being right on the coast but if you are only visiting for a week it's worth it, especially with young children.

A szállás fantasztikus. A házigazdával való kommunikáció mindig gyors volt és könnyű. A kilátás fantasztikus, a jacuzzi nagyon jól felfűthető. A konyhában minden konyhai eszköz a rendelkezésünkre állt. A hálószobában lévő ágy nagyon kényelmes, azonban a másik szobában a kanapéágy már kicsit kifeküdt, elég kényelmetlen. Azonban ezt a szállást nagyon javaslom mindenki számára, mert ennek ellenére is tökéletes volt minden.

Perfect location with access to the public beach in front of the building, which gives direct access to the lake.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days and it was well worth it. We enjoyed everything, from the cleanness of the place to the complementary small "gifts". Piroska was very friendly and responsive and we didn't have any problems!

A lakás pontosan olyan, mint a képeken – tiszta, modern, ízlésesen berendezett, és minden szükséges felszerelés rendelkezésre állt. A környék csendes ugyanakkor könnyen megközelíthető, boltok és éttermek is a közelben vannak. A vendéglátó rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, minden gördülékenyen ment az érkezéstől a kijelentkezésig. Bátran ajánlom bárkinek, aki igényes, nyugodt és jól felszerelt szállást keres!

Viki szállása remek helyen van, nagyon közel az ingyenes strandhoz, kényelmes ágyakkal, a klíma talán hűthetne jobban, de ezen kívül semmi negatívumot nem tudok írni. Pazar a hely!

Die Unterkunft von Timea war wirklich super schön. Wir hatten eine sehr, sehr schöne Zeit und hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Kommunikation mit Timea lief immer ohne Probleme. Wir sind aus eigenem Fehler einen Tag zu früh angereist, und Timea hat sich ohne zu zögern für uns umgehört und Empfehlungen gegeben. Absolut 5 von 5 Sterne Unterkunft und tolle Lage!

Wszystko było by super gdyby nie ten brud w czajniku ze nawet człowiek się bał wode zagotować po tym co się w nim znajdowało , naczynia brudne. Widok z balkonu na jezioro piękne, blisko restauracji i promenady.
