Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. This place has got it all. From the amazing lake front views & access, a private dock, space for several families to sleep and seating to dine. Horseshoe Haven

Horseshoe Haven is a peaceful setting to come enjoy the lake for the weekend or for a relaxing week. You can see the lake from the back porch. We share our covered dock and kayaks with our guests two houses down. Spend the day on the water then grill in the evening and watch the sunset. Plenty of wildlife always around and a nice walkable neighborhood. High speed internet (200mbps).
