Such a beautiful home that was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. Jeremiah was always responsive and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. All in all it was a great weekend

This home in Oshkosh was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s graduation from UWO. Close to campus and downtown restaurants and shopping. House was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Lots of towels and blankets in every room! Master bed was adjustable and comfy. From games and toys to a large selection of coffee pods- they thought of everything! Loved sitting on the screened in front porch as a storm rolled into town! Host was quick to respond when we had an issue with the door lock and was able to walk us through getting into the house. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Nicole was very responsive. We needed an extra night & she responded right away & explained how to do that. She was very nice & was always available to answer any questions. The house was exactly as pictured. It was comfortable & cozy. The back yard was perfect to take the dogs out & landscaped nicely.

We felt right at home. Clean, safe, secure. All the amenities you could hope for. Location is super lovely and the host couldn’t be more accommodating and gracious. Can’t wait to return.

The modest exterior of this house, in an old established and pleasant neighborhood, does not prepare you for the uncluttered and comfortable modern interiors. Lots of light wood, plants, and a spacious feeling. With three bedrooms upstairs plus two full bathrooms, , and an office / bedroom downstairs and another full bathroom , it can easily accommodate a family or three couples. There’s a large closet in every bedroom, so there’s room for clothes and luggage to be stored .Everything appeared spotless - the house was meticulously cleaned and thoughtfully arranged . The neighborhood is perfect for strolling , and very close to the Lawrence end of College Ave. The owners were very helpful, friendly, and responsive - living nearby. We would definitely stay there again on future trips to Appleton.

The house is wonderfully situated within walking distance of the Fox River, Downtown, Riverwalk, farmer's markets. A convenience store and Family Dollars are steps away. We found this classic older home very well maintained and especially enjoyed the beautiful wood floors and real wood furniture. The beds were comfortable and the whole apartment gets lots of natural light. We certainly would return here if it is available on our next trip to Green Bay.

We’ve stayed several times and will continue to rent when available. Just like a second home. Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay for a Packers game! The game was absolutely freezing and Victoria was so kind leaving us hand and toe warmers. Also, she left us fresh eggs and milk and orange juice for an awesome at home breakfast. The place itself is perfect and filled with awesome vintage items. Don’t hesitate to book this!

This is such a gem! We traveled with 2 young children and after a day at Road America it was EVERYTHING we needed. We didn’t get a chance to try to sauna or cold plunge, but the place felt just like home and was so convenient. We can wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Jackie is a great host, and the home was nice! We stayed here at the recommendation of our daughter, who had stayed here previously, and we would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Green Bay. 😀

If you are like me and not able to go to your mother’s home very often — but sure wish you could — you must stay here! The apartment was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and very accessible. I felt like I was in my mother’s house with the special homemade touches. Family is clearly the focus with our hosts and they treated us as such! Warm and comfortable beds, lovely furnishings and the photos, decor and little surprises were the best. They know how to host, they welcome you in and treat you like long lost family. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Thank you both!

Really nice space to stay for a few days, nice kitchen space with all necessities for cooking. Loved the keyless entry!! Near grocery stores and pharmacy. Would recommend and will return.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made settling in effortless. The space was exactly as pictured – actually, even better in person. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I could possibly need, from fresh towels to coffee, snacks and local guides. The beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and a cozy living area. The location was ideal – quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from great restaurants, shops, and activities. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the host. Jami was warm, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. She was a generous & gracious host, who went above & beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying here around the same time last year. It felt like we had come right back the next day—everything was in great shape. We really enjoy Green Lake and the atmosphere. I feel we’ll continue to find ourselves coming back here every year if available. Highly recommend this property and the town.

We had a great stay! Perfect amount of space. Beautiful and updated amenities. Even delivered a noise machine to help with noise from the infant staying upstairs! Also had a couple snows while we were there and the drive was always shoveled! 10/10 recommend!
