Enjoy the wonderful wildlife which include bald eagles, osprey, beavers, ducks and many more. If you’re hungry, you can order delicious pizza from a real Sicilian in town or fine dine at the Accomac Inn which is just a 5 minute walk down river. Perfect road for a walk, run, or bike ride. The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

The Cottage boasts a farmhouse style kitchen, a dining room filled with natural light, a large living room with a fireplace, three beautiful bedrooms, a front porch, a rear yard for the kids to play in, hot tub and private patio, as well as access to nearby trails and the river park.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property!
