This comfortable chalet is basically a copy of the "La Graziosa" but bigger with lots of amenities. It is located just below "La Romantica" and "La Graziosa” The parking for "La Perla" is about 40 meters away. There is a short walkway leading down to the chalet. Therefore, it offers even greater privacy! Be aware that Airbnb charges an 18% commission! ​ ​

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
