It is a small cabin with everything you need to spend beautiful days away from the chaos and noise of the city, completely immersed in nature and its rhythms. The lake can be reached in 20/25 minutes by car, as well as the supermarket. The Cabin can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes from the parking lot, along a comfortable and flat dirt path.

It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
