The Junior Princeton is junior in size, but provides all the amenities of a larger home. It is a lovely 1 bedroom/1 bath private home located in College Park. Our neighborhood offers all the perks of a big city with the coziness of a small town. We love the cute shops and delicious restaurants down the road but just a 10 minute drive to downtown Orlando: nightlife, live music, art and shopping. Orlando’s famous Disney parks, Universal Studios and water parks are just a 23 minute drive away.

Winter Park and College Park are 3-5 minute drives, Disney and Universal only 20 minutes, etc. The interior is chic and inviting, with a homey feel.
