Casey’s lake house was the perfect place for our family vacation. We visited the springs, spent a magical day at Disney, and discovered some charming little towns. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

My family vacation at Ever After was wonderful and all 15 of us had a great time. We celebrated the birthdays of 3 of my 7 grandchildren. Each loved getting a chance to decide what we would do on their special day. Of all the activities that were offered, we enjoyed many, but ended up mostly lounging around and in the pool and spa. We all had fun on the pool slide but the kids were obsessed with it, riding it over and over again all day long. The themed bedrooms were impressive and the details that went into decorating them were amazing! Just to clarify for anyone thinking of booking a stay, the main house with the pool is a few minutes walk from the guest houses and the bedrooms are split between the 2 guest houses. We all really enjoyed watching movies in the theater room but would have liked to watch a few on the outdoor screen. The mosquitoes were bad even with the sprays and candles we used to keep them away so we didn't do much outside at night. Thanks, Andrew, for everything.

We had a wonderful time at the Mermaid Cottage. Steve, Amy and their son were wonderful hosts. Steve was so easy to communicate with and immediately solved any issues that we had. We were very happy with the inside of the lovely cottage and totally enjoyed the front porch and beautiful backyard. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood especially to downtown Mt. Dora. The neighbors were extremely friendly and we got to know many of them. We highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage. Thank you Steve&Amy for a lovely vacation. Karen&Doug

I love this house. it feels like my home away from home. its got everything we need at a good price, Venetian gardens for walking and birding, interesting restaurants on main st., close ro beacon college. James is always easy to reach a d responds promptly.

everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

What a lovely home this is. Very thoughtfully done and beautiful setting. Our contact person Gabriel was very very responsive. There were three couples staying here together and there was plenty of room to enjoy visiting or alone time.

Great place to stay!! We stayed here and went to universal and it is so close to the property!!!! A little less than 10 minutes drive and didn’t have to pay an outrageous price! When we come back we definitely plan on staying here!

My family and I had a great time, we love the place so much. We enjoyed the resort. Most importantly the place was very nice and clean. We will definitely revisit.

Location was great and was minutes away from Universal. We were near many fast food restaurants and a chilis and a Brazilian steakhouse right near the front door. The only issue was checking in. There was a bit of an issue with the attendant. We did not have the code to enter into the building and the attendant kept saying it should be in your instructions and it was not. The instructions said to check in with the attendant after showing her the information the attendant finally gave us the code to the door to enter into the building. Again, not the host, the host was communicable and great!

An amazing stay, this is what you picture when you want to go out in the country and have a farm, super peaceful, a ton of amenities and activities, super nostalgic, we had an amazing time

Great place to stay, especially if you're needing an extended stay. We felt right at home. We walked around the neighborhood and it was super quiet, gated, and felt safe. Beautiful apartment!

Very nice historical home to stay in. Felt like I was stepping back into time in a very comfortable setting. It’s very close and convenient to all the happenings down in Mt Dora and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at Peter and Lisa’s home.

This place was spectacular. Sometimes with an air b and b experience, you hope the place is as pleasant as the pictures. This was such a wonderful surprise. Immediately it felt cozy and peaceful, surrounded by nature, wood and botanical details everywhere. But it surpassed that - Every detail of this place had been touched with diligent character, you immediately recognized the owners of this place genuinely cared down to the last morsel of decorations, plates, games and books. Nothing was forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend paying for the extra amenities which made our stay incredible; we booked an extra day just to relax and absorb the relaxation. It was one of the best parts of my trip to Orlando. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I feel like we’ve found a rare gem in the business of air b and b’s. I cannot wait to book our next stay. This place made you fall in love with Orlando and treating yourself to a hidden oasis away from the modern rat race. INCREDIBLE!

I had a wonderful stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a bit secluded which I saw some people complain about in reviews but what they fail to mention is that the hosts’ house is is around 200 feet away and there’s a second airbnb directly next to this one. It’s along a dirt road, yes, but there are still other people in the area. The lake and land are beautiful and there are some chairs and a table on the porch of the cottage where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise. Check in was easy, quick, and required no face-to-face social interaction (something I enjoy not needing to do). The AC works well and is quick to respond to your inputs. The bed is comfortable and there is a very roomy closet that you can keep your luggage in. You can walk straight to the watersports complex right out the door of the cottage. This stay was extremely affordable and I am so lucky that I found it and was able to snag a few nights! I enjoyed my stay so much, and so did my boyfriend. Highly recommend!

We in enjoyed the stay! This place was the best place I've stayed in Astor so far in my years of coming down here. Great location less 1 mile from the big bridge. Definitely will book again!

We had a great time staying at Kenneth’s Airbnb. The home was just like the photos and description. The screened in patio in the back was one of our favorite places to hang. The backyard was big and our dogs loved it. It was so close to the beautiful Downtown Mt Dora area with food and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

This place matched the description perfectly. The decor is charming and inviting. Its location is also very convenient, with easy access to various attractions.

“Peaceful” Bernadette place is perfect to unwind. Especially if you like to fish, it’s within steps from the cottage with its own private deck that’s surrounded by big Cypress Trees that provide lots of shade while you fish or just want to kick your shoes off and relax. The cottage was super cozy and clean the perfect setup to relax from every day busyness. Will definitely come back!

I have stayed with Ellie three different times now. I am born and raised Orlando, all my family is still here, but whenever I come back to visit I require a stay with Ellie. It is the perfect in between of being back home and still on vacation. She takes care of me SO well. The listing property and the grounds about are tended to in a way that makes you feel valued and honored. I never feel like I wasted money, on the contrary- staying with her saves me because I know she will take care of any needs that arise, not that many ever do. Always amazing conversation, joyous energy, and a lot of beautiful insight into Orlando that even I don’t know about! I genuinely could not rave enough about Ellie and her Hideaway. We loved our stay! The home and grounds were lovely. We were visiting our little grandson (who lives 2 miles away) so it was a perfect location. We had a wonderful family lunch on Saturday - the kitchen was perfectly equipped and everyone enjoyed the outdoors tremendously. Thank you also for welcoming our dog. I was so surprised at how much he loved chilling in the dog bed! We look forward to returning many times.
