Lake house holiday rentals in Lake Cumberland

This was my best airbnb experience ever. The house was amazing, the view of the marina was so much fun, and the customer service was A+. This house is large enough that you can have multiple people staying and still have privacy. We had 6 people staying there and we loved it. It's convenient with only a very short drive to Somerset, but also has the complete lake vibe that is so fun. Joseph was an outstanding host! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

My family and I appreciate you allowing us to stay at your home. It is beautiful, well stocked, and met the description. It also had lots of games and things to do at the house. We'll definitely consider a return visit.

Trevor was a wonderful host and his home was absolutely fantastic! He was always easy to reach, quick to respond, and was super nice and helpful. This property is perfect for a lake stay: 10 minutes to Burnside Island to launch a boat, a huge driveway with ample room for multiple cars and a boat, very friendly neighborhood, plenty to do inside if it’s rainy, and tons of outdoor space! We had a large group of ten adults for a lake weekend and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and have their own space and bedrooms. All of the beds were very comfortable. The gathering spaces both inside and outside were large enough for us to play pool, sit by a fire, eat dinner, or just relax together. This is an annual lake trip and we will definitely be looking to see if this is available next year to stay again! Thank you for being such a great host, Trevor!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We loved being able to use the dock for our boat and fishing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by. We Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in this wonderful home for 4 nights. We had a total of 6. My husband myself our adult children and future daughter in law. Everyone had their own space which was nice. Everything you needed was there. Some great memories were made and looking forward to going back and making more. Shame they only allow 5 stars because it was definitely a 10. Having the pool table was awesome due to some of the weather. It gave us something to do while at the house besides watching TV.

The place was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. It was quiet and out in the country. Alisha was very communicative and friendly. The only thing is the driveway is a bit interesting and should have a warning but otherwise it was perfect.

The perfect place to book for our large family coming together out of different states! This accommodated many adults and children and having 2 kitchens was incredible! The location was amazing. 30min to boat marina. The yard was freshly landscaped and provided room to play. The fire pit set up added a lot to our nights. Outdoor eating space on the river was so beautiful. Grill available. Host was super responsive which always makes a guest feel In good hands. Just a really lovely time in this home!

Place is amazing! Felt like home, once we left we started to miss it. Extremely spacious, amenities were amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Somerset!

Lovely house in a quaint neighborhood. It was fun to walk to the marina and explore. House had everything we really needed for our short trip. Arcade games were a surprise for the kids. And we all loved s’mores at night! Megan was a fabulous host!

Our hosts were easy to work with, very responsive and great amenities. We will definitely stay there again.

This place is very perfect, peaceful and full of relaxation. The host is great to work with, fast response. Home was perfect and was just as described. Had all the extras, even to some important ones visitors wouldn’t think about packing, spices, cooking spray etc. Back deck is the entire length of the home, and has so much to offer itself.. Great place to stay, great host to work with. 10/10 recommendations for this home.. Will stay again!

Absolutely worth the trip! Pristine home on a beautiful waterfront property, very well put together space, looks professionally decorated, and looks like it fell off the page of a magazine. Our host was very attentive to details, and responded within 10 minutes every time we had a question. Literally not one piece of negative feedback, and I will absolutely stay again if I'm back in the area! Thank you again Brandan!

Kevin was a great host. He is very responsive and communicates well. The cottage was clean. It was in a quiet and peaceful location. I really enjoyed our stay and hopefully get to stay there again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this home. Owners were great with communication and answering my questions. The home had everything we needed—convenient access to lake, dock, and boat ramp.

My first time getting an airbnb and I say it was a success! I tend to be the cautious type of person so the idea of an airbnb was something I was effy about but since my family was there I was a bit more open! Jordan’s place was a pretty good match for me and my family since we had a few people that would be staying in! They had multiple bedding options and a comfy living room! If you needed anything (rags/towels extra covers, few kitchen supplies) it was there! Since it was extremely cold outside we couldn’t enjoy the outside but that’s okay! I honestly wouldn’t mind staying there again!

This Airbnb was very clean, beautifully decorated, everything seemed brand new. We felt safe the whole time and didn’t experience any problems!!

The Farmhouse was a beautifully decorated clean home in a beautiful setting. It was close to stores and restaurants. We loved sitting on the back porch visiting with family by the firepit.

We love staying here every time we go to the lake! Perfect location, beautiful surroundings, and so homey and cozy! Emily and David have been so helpful! We’re starting to book our next stay before we even leave! Thank you guys so much for opening your home for us families to enjoy!

As soon as you walk in to the Cumberland Cottage, you are welcomed by the sound of relaxing music in the background and a beautiful clean place. We had a very nice and relaxing stay with our family. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bath tub was great for a relaxing way to end the day, kitchen was bright and open, and we like having the back patio with fire pit to hang out. It's close to shops and restaurants. Deborah was quick to respond. One of the best Airbnb places we've been to and we'd love to stay there again!

I loved the surroundings. I wanted to enjoy the tranquility of a peaceful space and environment. This was what I was looking for. If you are looking for something that is near what you are visiting for, but far from the grind of everyday. You will enjoy visiting. Our stay at Alex or Oksana’s place was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. What really stood out was the hospitality. They were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions. We truly felt like a home away from home.
