Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is five minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

Closest boat dock is about 3 miles. Mount Nebo has hiking and Mountain Bike Trails, Magazine and Petit Jean Mountains has miles of hiking trails. Our cabin is private but not remote! Our outdoor patio area allows you to grill or use fire pit in complete privacy.

Basement apartment with private entrance, detached from main living area. Offers 650 sf with a kitchenette, fridge, and private bath w/ shower, all within a gated neighborhood. Easy access to Lake Dardanelle, fishing, hiking and Monument mountain biking trails at Mt. Nebo. Only a 5-mile drive to ANO, great for outage workers. One queen bed, one couch, and two floor mattresses, if needed. Offers beautiful views of the lake and sunsets from your private porch swing next to the pool.
