There is a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, (no stove). The tv has Netflix, amazon prime, and a digital antennae. Please note this is a studio. It is a small place to crash.

This was such a comfortable stay. Super walkable. “Popular coffee shop” was a stone’s throw away. I’m an online English teacher and am aware that I don’t teach quietly. Happily respecting Toya’s request for guests to be as quiet as possible, being able to walk 100 meters, connect and work for hours was lovely. The staff there was so welcoming! I reported a tiny problem with the sink in one of the bathrooms that was attended to immediately. Communication alone is reason enough to stay here again. I’m glad I moved on making my reservation early to be sure I didn’t miss out. I’d definitely stay again!

Excellent host and great location, bed was super soft and comfy. The entire place was clean and the cats are so cute! Kevin (cat) would check on us every morning as if to say hello! Beth was super nice she introduced herself to us mad us feel at home and even invited us out to the nightlife 10/10 will definitely be returning 🤍

Perfect Thornton Park/Lake Eola location AND a super comfy/clean property. Everything we needed during our stay was there in this nicely renovated carriage house property. Our host Blake greeted us, gave a super quick intro to the place and then gave us our privacy. Blake was also super responsive to our questions. The size is just right for two adults and their dogs. Bathroom is on the small side, but my husband (6’3” 250 lbs) had no difficulty at all. It is dog friendly, but had absolutely zero evidence that any pets had been there before us…so clean!!! Bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Thanks so much Blake! We’ll be back!!!

Beautiful location. Less than a 5 minute drive to Lake Eola. I’m a quiet neighborhood with plenty of sweet parking Big shared space and room was good. It is a twin bed so make sure you’re a smaller person! No eating in the bedroom!
