House holiday rentals in Lake Eola

Had a nice stay with family and friends at Alyssa’s place along with 2 dogs. Was so nice to be able to bring out pets along on vacation. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of space. I Spent most of my time out in the pool which was amazing.

Rodrigo’s place was absolutely perfect for us. 2 adults 2 kids doing the Disney parks. 15 minutes from the parks, lots of shops, takeaways and restaurants super close. Property was as described and pictured. Location was ideal. Very quiet and peaceful. I am seriously struggling to fault it, if I was being super picky maybe some outside lights for the pool area at night would be good. Will come again on our return to Orlando for sure.

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host provided clear and concise instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The house itself is beautiful, offering a perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Renting the entire place gave us the space we needed, and it came equipped with all the essentials. The place was amazing! The private pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed during a week of visiting theme parks. The backyard is so relaxing. Shopping and dining is very close as are the Universal parks and the airport. You can't beat the location! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I stayed here for a few days in we generally enjoyed our stay. The bonus was that it was pet friendly and the pool was a nice touch! It being close to the road did not bother us, we actually really didn’t hear any noise everyone slept peacefully. My dog loved the yard. Everything was comfortable. Universal was only like 20mins away so the back the forth wasn’t an issue. Thank you again!

Super nice, pictures do not do it justice. Upgrades clearly done little by little. Pool is amazing, outdoor area great, cozy yet spacious. Would book here again and again. 20 min from Camping World Stadium, 15 min from Downtown Orlando truly accurate, easy in and out from main road and highways.

This home was absolutely perfect for a family or like we did a friend gathering. Everyone knows as adults it’s very hard to coordinate meetups and this home made it such a special time that we actually stayed in it more than leaving! Was stocked with everything possibly needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful so we stayed out there more than not. The neighborhood was close to everything you might need. Grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping. 18 minutes away from downtown orlando, and about 30 minutes away from everything else! ubers were all under $30 going anywhere.

Grear stay!!! We were extremely surprised when we walked in the door. It was exactly as the photographs. The airbnb was very clean. We did encounter a few flies in the airbnb but my son was able to get rid of them. I texted the hosts and they responded right away. They were apologetic and assured me that it had never happened before and would look into it. The very next day, they sent someone to try to figure out the problem. I believe it was because the garbage bin was next to the airbnb. Once it was moved over to the other side, we did not experience anymore flies. The airbnb was closed to Full Sail University, where my son did a one week summer program. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants. I was able to buy groceries and at times get them delivered. I was able to cook in there two range burner which was my number one reason for staying at an airbnb instead of a hotel. The airb had the pots, pans, and dishes. I did not rent a car and the Uber service was great.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

Zach was an amazing host! My flight ended up landing early and Zach was able to help accommodate the apartment access remotely for me. I appreciated knowing that my host was easy to access and had excellent communication. Pros: Airbnb is close to the city, lots of things to do, was clutter free and well organized. The bathroom was stunning & everything was fully stocked! Very well lit at night with the porch light. Washer & dryer worked well. Mini work area Things to consider when booking: This Airbnb is Dog friendly, so there was a lingering dog smell in the property, especially when the air is off. If you have pet allergies, this isn’t the place for you. The couch is only comfortable sitting on the sides - the middle is slightly springy but bearable. There are other people on the property so ensure you park on the grass in front of the house. Overall: Would definitely book again if in the SODO area. Great house, beautiful space, easy host to communicate with. Definitely recommend

We were lucky enough to be Brandi’s first guests at this amazing spot! It has everything you need and more, very clean, and a great location. Comfy bed! Easy to walk to downtown as well. She communicated very well and was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Chris’ place was simply beautiful! Comfortable, clean, all equipped! We really enjoyed the place and surroundings. Chris was very attentive at helping us get a high chair for my little one. Definitely will come back!

Megan's place was exactly what we needed to have a soft landing upon arriving in the US from overseas with lots of luggage and two cats. The house was spacious, comfortable, and cute, not only for us, but also for our cats. When I asked Megan if there was a litter box, rather than just telling us she didn't have one, she ordered one for us so it was ready and waiting for us upon arrival! The location was great for us to easily get from the airport, but also to access the highways to drive to other parts of the city. Megan was extremely attentive, checking in with us regulary to answer any questions and ensure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place with only a short drive to many hotspots and good spots to eat.

This was a delightful home in a quiet older neighborhood. Although surrounding houses were not necessarily well kept, this house was decorated meticulously both inside and out as well as being very clean. It was the perfect home for 4 people. I do not think I would want more people in this small but comfortable setting. The fooz ball table was fun, and the outside setting was perfect for early morning coffee, and minigolf. The house was well stocked with many extras such as charging cords in all bedrooms. Angie communicated very quickly, and did not require the ridulous checkout procedures of many other ARBNB rentals. I would definitely rent this again when back in Orlando. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the stay at this place! The instructions were clear on how to get to the parking and the large kitchen island was a great gathering spot. This house had more than enough space for what our needs were. Host was very responsive. Thank you for having us!

I loved my time in Orlando , and the home is right outside of downtown Orlando . Maybe like a 5 min drive. The sun hit the home so beautifully and it really felt like a nice escape from all the busyness of the city and work. Only thing would’ve have been the waterbugs found mainly in the kitchen area. When mentioned they sent an exterminator to spray the place but the bugs still appeared after a few days . Maybe 4-5 for my entire 4 week stay. Not too bad for me because I realize it’s Florida and the layout of the home, but otherwise I really enjoyed my time in this flat.

The surroundung area is adorable! The home is definitely clean and eberything about stayibg there was super easy. Thank-you! If I ever have another event in this area again, illness be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alec’s place! He was very communicative and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Check-in was smooth and flexible. Really appreciated being able to check in early after a long red-eye flight. The space was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here!

What a lovely home this is. Very thoughtfully done and beautiful setting. Our contact person Gabriel was very very responsive. There were three couples staying here together and there was plenty of room to enjoy visiting or alone time.
