This house is so cozy and lovely! We attended a concert at Camping World Stadium and Miguel’s home was the perfect fit, it felt private but was nearby, and there are 2 bikes provided that we took to the venue (which saved us from sitting in traffic for 30 minutes after the show!). You could easily walk to the venue as well if you wanted. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location minutes from downtown Orlando, but on a very peaceful street minutes walk from a beautiful lake. House was clean with good parking. Our Host Andy was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed any support. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay. This home is beautifully decorated, and such a nice little quiet retreat. I felt like I was staying in a home that was showcased in a magazine. The beds are so comfy and the pool is serene. I had the most relaxing weekend ever, thank you Nicole!

Volker and Luis were absolutely brilliant, kind, gracious and super friendly. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and friendliness, The place is a great space for staying, tv has good picture, amenities all on working order and the shower was great too. Short 25minutes walk to downtown, so close to walk if you’re heading into town. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

This condo was perfect and is just as it's described. I loved how secure the building is. it's in a great location and walkable to Lake Eola, shops and restaurants. It's very quiet. Host gave great instructions for entry. I will definitely rent again when I'm back in the area.

There's a reason why Rafaela's place has a diamond next to it as a gem. It's in a great location close to all Disney parks, the rooms are decorated just like the photos with Moana and Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story), and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like the wireless charging pads in the bedrooms. The water park was a lot of fun and very walkable too. Whether you want to stay and play at the water park, go to the gym, or use it as a home base for a Disney adventure, there's a lot to like about the space. The beds were comfy too!

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

Very clean, great area, quick response and well worth the money

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
