All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

If you’re in the Chautauqua Lake area it’s a great stay. Beautiful view of the Lake. We’ll be back. Thank you

Cute quaint little cottage… beautiful location

The host was great. We are so glad we were able to rent this house. It was a gem and great for a bachelorette party. It had an inground pool, privacy fence, outdoor seating and conveniently located. We would rent again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Valerie was great and very helpful. It was peaceful and right on the river. We enjoyed many of the local wineries which were close by. I highly recommend this opportunity if you get it!

Bill was a great host! His home was cozy, clean, and had everything you could think of! We stayed at the house to be closer to our wedding venue and it was a very relaxing environment! Will be staying there again in the future!

The place was very spacious. The views were beautiful. All of us fit well in the house. Very nice neighborhood. Mark was a fantastic host. Highly recommend this place for larger groups. Kathi’s house is just as described, when you walk in you feel the relaxation of a welcoming trip. It was shorter than we wanted to it to be, but we had an amazing time at her home. It’s definitely a refreshing, peaceful, and relaxing place. The weather was a little chilly so we were unable to use the beautifully landscapes yard, but the grill was clean and full of propane. Quality amenities and more in the kitchen! Such a lovely coffee bar, and comfortable furniture. A great time was had by all, playing board games and not once looking at our phones! Thank you again Kathi for your responsiveness and your courtesy while we stayed in your home.

Very nice home with hot tub close to the water

They were so kind and generous, helpful as well. The beds were comfortable, the living room was comfortable. There was a wonderful ambiance from the fireplace and the kitchen area was nice. The only thing we wished we had was backs on the chairs in the kitchen lol I guess that’s what happens when you get older. Highly recommended if you want a nice clean place with plenty of room, two nice bedrooms, and two nicely updated bathrooms, a private yard for grilling out was nice as well.

Claire was very friendly and helpful with advice such as where to see Memorial Day parade. She helped me carry things to car when I was leaving.

Amazing spot if you are taking in D-Day Ohio events. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Will definitely try to use again next year!

We cannot say enough about this house! Beautiful and comfortable.. with every possible amenity we could want. Very thoughtful planning went in to this place. The lake was beautiful and the area was so quiet. We wish we could take the place with us on our next stop. One of the best places we have stayed and will really make the bar high for any other place we will stay. Definitely recommend this wonderful home!

We had an amazing experience during our stay!! The house was absolutely perfect for me, my husband and our two little kids (17 months and 3.5). The host was amazing and added blinds into the room ahead of time which is needed for the kids for sleep! The house was perfectly cleaned and the hot tub was amazing. Annalynn always answered messages super quickly! We actually ran into the hosts on the private Kelso beach and they let us use beach toys for the kids and gave us some restaurant recommendations. Annalynn and Tim are the kindest people! We will definitely be coming to stay here again since it all went perfectly! Thanks for such a great experience! :)

Awesome place! Clean, well stocked, comfortable and great location. And Karla and her team were incredibly responsive. The Keurig wouldn’t turn on so we sent her a message, and she had a new one delivered to the house within a half hour early on a Saturday morning. Great for a small family. Would definitely stay again!

Kristen's place was spotless and well stocked. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. The views were great and we had access to all of the amenities we could possibly need. We enjoyed being able to go fishing off the dock and exploring the nature preserves nearby. We had wonderful weekend and are looking forward to planning a return trip!

My son and I were visiting family, The house was beautiful and our stay Was so nice. I highly recommend this home, very clean and updated. This was a GREAT place to stay while in the area. The house itself felt like home, plenty of amenities and good space to work. The walk to the beach and ice cream parlor was a nice bonus.

Our family (8) had a fantastic stay at Laura's place! Greatly enjoyed visiting this beautiful area and celebrating our family members birthday. Towns nearby are great and have a lot history and character, definitely go to the parks and hangout outside. Finally, Laura was always willing to answer or be flexible with our needs throughout the stay.

Loved the stay with my parents at a location close to nature and Lake Erie. Highly recommend for the quiet and relaxing family time!
