Casey's place was fantastic. It was very clean. There were extra linens, which is always nice when you have a child who might have a pull-up leak over night or who knows what. The porch was relaxing and a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee in the morning before the kids woke up. The older kids enjoyed the games that were provided. Casey thought of just about everything!! We did arrive at dark and turning in past Motel 6, we were a little concerned about the area. However, once getting past that the area was fine. Parking is right in front of the condo door, which is perfect. FYI: Walmart delivers to this address- so we had a delivery set once we arrived. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful and relaxing stay. Place was very clean and spacious, we appreciated the pool and sauna area as well which weren’t busy on a weekend in late May. The only thing was the office was closed all weekend so we weren’t able to do any of the activities offered like mini golf, kayaking, or paddle boating but everything else was available and we had a great time nonetheless. Also, the garbage from the previous stay was still there (to the side of the back porch) and it smelled a bit so I mentioned it to Candace. She offered to pick it up but never did which wasn’t a big deal but I hope they make sure to do that in the future.

The mirrors and windows really made the place stand out and I loved it. I always like to stay out on the porch and this one was perfect. For hours at a time without a phone or tablet. The sounds of the water, the birds chirping, and nobody disturbing you. The lake with the mountains in the background was a great view. There’s turtles sunbathing and geese flying it all was so beautiful. And the place felt so clean as well. I never second-guessed any surface I touched like I do at some places. Loved how it was just about 20 minutes away from downtown but a gorgeous drive there and back

Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and/or described. The hosts were amazing to deal with. Super fast communication. This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at this adorable yurt. The inside was updated and well decorated. We had plenty of room to hang out. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Hot Springs area, but not in town.

We’ve been staying in Edge’s house for a number of years now, everything is always clean and in working order. The house is in a great part of town and has tons of communal areas where you can spend time with your friends/family outdoors overlooking the lake, or indoors in the spacious living room.

The house and property are exactly as described. “Serene” is the perfect word to describe our family’s experience at this property. Julie and Rory are friendly, accommodating, and very responsive hosts. Thank you! The direct lake access was the high note. Our family enjoyed the views, grilling, fishing, and kayaks. The area is very safe and quiet. The house is modern and very clean. Many little touches around the house made the stay even more enjoyable. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay at this place!

Kristi's place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location was less than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do, secluded enough to unwind after a long day of hiking or digging for crystals or shopping or visiting the bath houses. The house was well stocked and was very comfortable for just hanging out and spending time together. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful home, felt very quiet and peaceful. Everything made us feel right at home. The only thing was the walk to the dock was steep, but doable. We had lots of fun on the lake with the canoes. Also, we appreciated all the accommodations for little ones since we had our grandchildren (2y & 6y) with us.

This is a clean and beautiful condo in a fantastic location!! Most of our stay in Hot Springs got rained out, but having this condo to relax in made the trip worthwhile!! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the storms roll through and a fireworks show on Sunday night of the holiday weekend. The furniture was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We were also impressed with how the kitchen was stocked for cooking & baking! Just an FYI for asthmatics; there were air fresheners in the kitchen when we got there which triggered my asthma. After unplugging the air fresheners and airing out the condo I was good for the rest of the weekend.

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo in neighborhood that felt safe & welcoming. The balcony overlooking the lake was an amazing area for drinking morning coffee while watching turtles, geese and boats. The condo was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Definitely a condo I would like to stay in again!

We loved staying here. It was a very peaceful location. It was great just hanging out on the patio with a great view of the lake. We hope to stay there many more times in the future.
