Great house. Great pool. Great hot tub. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Our 4 night stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

The place we rented was great. We have no issues at all.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Royal. The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Pool was amazing and we spent lots of time swimming. Beds were super comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room. Mostly played ping pong. Air hockey table didnt work the best, the pucks kept flying off. Also, under the impression there would be a gaming system, but there was not. Plenty of tvs to watch. Very private and secluded. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Close to Dollar General and Family Dollar. Not too close to eating establishments. Went to mexican restaurant near by and it was decent. Overall, amazing stay and made lots of memories. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for my family of eight. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, corn hole, and video games. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

Can't get over the gorgeous house and the great amenities, not to mention the incredibly friendly and easily-accessible host! Hope to come back someday!!

The location and home were beautiful and serene. The house was stocked with just about any amenity you could have asked for, and Tamara was very responsive and helpful. Check-in and Check-out were very easy, and Tamara provided very clear descriptions and instructions. All this combined with some great weather made for a memorable weekend. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

Definitely a hidden gem, we really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. Also they supply a fan in every closet, we travel with our own but we have forgotten before so this would have been a relief. Hot tub works great. Would stay again if in the area

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Tucked away in a peaceful, private neighborhood, the house offered the most incredible views—we felt instantly at ease and right at home. The home itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with two full stories and plenty of room to relax. It was also very baby-proofed, which made our stay so much easier and stress-free with a little one in tow. The hot tub overlooking the mountains was a perfect way to unwind, and we even spotted deer right outside the house! The location was ideal—just a 15–20 minute scenic drive into town, so we felt close to everything while still enjoying the tranquility of the mountains. Our host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making our stay great. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hot Springs and hope to come back ourselves one day!

Excellent response time and very flexible host. Let us check in early and went out of his way to bring us an extension cord for our boat. The house was immaculate and even had the air turned down and radio going upon our arrival. Perfect spot for a couple get away to relax and enjoy the lake. Only down side we had was the drive way wasn’t big enough for our boat trailer. Luckily the host allowed us to use the boat dock and we just left the truck and trailer at Entergy boat ramp for the week.

Great stay, only 5 mins from Walmart , 20 mins from Water park. Guests loved it! Great view! Will stay again.

Our stay was FABULOUS! Kim’s place was pristine, had everything we needed and more! Beautiful views of the lake, quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

This house was an absolute dream! Nestled in a quiet cove and so lovely. The water got a little murky at times, but nothing that’s not expected with a river. We were here for Memorial Day weekend 2025 with 3 small children and it was bliss. The kids had a great time swimming. Lots to do, all within a 30 minute drive and coming back to the peaceful and serene home was just the icing on the cake! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with clear instructions and easy check in and check out. Bonus there was an aroma 360 and it smelled like heaven!

Great location on the water. The house and large outdoor patio/dock were excellent.

The castle is EXTRAORDINARY! We had a group of 18 for a sound retreat. There was a lot of space inside and outside. The balconies have some of the most exquisite views on the planet of Hot Springs; Lake Hamilton etc. The flow is awesome and we had a really awesome time. I highly recommend this property and will definitely return!!!!!!!! Do I need to say more???? Helena Reilly

We stayed for a wedding at Anthony Chapel. The House was as good as we could possibly hope for, very clean and well equipped. The location was great for the Chapel and Garvin Garden and located less than 15-20 minutes from the main strip with a number of restaurants and entertainment. Barry was in touch a week before arrival with all the necessary information for check in and contact information if we needed anything, however we never had a need to contact him but always felt he would be around if necessary. The neighbors are close but extremely friendly and enjoyable to speak with. Hanging out on the deck during the evenings, looking over the lake and enjoying and adult beverage was on the list of our favorite things to do on the trip. The Red Oak Fillin Station was close by and highly recommended for a meal. Our next visit to the area will definitely include staying here again and have we recommended to several of our friends. 5 stars all the way around

Loved that it was all on one level. Very open floor plan. Very easy to access. Very good parking. Quiet location. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Hot Springs area.

This location and space was perfect for our trip. We felt right at home, the host was so welcoming. He responded to questions quickly, and we were very grateful he let us check in a little earlier than expected. 10/10 recommend.

Great place! Kristin was a very responsive host and the house was great. Beautiful, quiet area with lake access for swimming, kayaking, and boating. We comfortably fit 6 adults and 4 small kids!

Our group of 13 had plenty of room. This listing is in a very nice location and a quick drive to nearby stores. The home was outfitted with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host was very responsive and friendly!

Lovely home, very comfortable and the communication from owner was amazing. My only area for improvement would be to have kayaks in better condition - please note we loved the games and wished we had found the fishing poles earlier but they were great to use on the dock. I would lease again but if you want a more beach area lake Ouachita may be a better choice - as for boating, fishing, hot tubing and just relaxing this is your place...

We had our family Christmas here. Plenty of room for 6 adults, 3 teenagers and 4 kids. A Beautiful and convenient location!

Came to Hot Springs with our two kids for a weekend baseball tournament. The house is beautiful and very family friendly. We rented a boat and it was dropped off at the home’s private dock, so easy. The house is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and a convenient distance to downtown Hot Springs. Highly recommend this property.
