The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

The bathroom has a large walk in rain head shower The two bedrooms have full size very comfortable mattresses. A full size kitchen and a nice eating area. Two docks for fishing or just relaxing. Year round adventure is waiting just for you.

Mallard Cottage

Nestled in a cove on Lookout Shoals Lake, Mallard Cottage is a small bungalow raised on piers to elevate it above ground level. This provides a special view of the lake that is as beautiful in the morning as the evening. Our yard is fenced with gates as we are pet and kid friendly. The exterior was updated in the past two years and the interior has just completed a full remodel....it is very fresh, open, and welcoming. The lake side has two large glass doors that give a full view from anywhere

The Porch on Lake Norman

​LAKE FRONT, custom built in 2018. Nestled amidst the trees, you will enjoy our private guest house. Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.
