The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

A local shopping centre and restaurants including Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and fast food outlets are a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Warrawong markets are held every Saturday. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Beautiful open plan unit backing directly onto stunning Lake Illawarra. Whether it’s for a special night away or just somewhere to unwind, the serenity of the lake will captivate you. Outdoor area with BBQ allows you to sit and relax while you cook, or take a stroll along the lake. Wifi and Netflix. Please note, our unit is not wheelchair friendly. We live on a steep block, and you will need to take stairs down to the unit. We also have a dog on the property.

It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
