Buscabamos algo para pasar varios días relajados y con cosas que hacer para mis hijos (11 y 15 años). Este lugar fué excelente. Desde que llegamos Don Mario fue de gran ayuda al recibirnos en la marina donde dejamos parqueado el carro, es un viaje corto de 10 minutos hacia la casa. La casa con sus dos cuartos con aire acondicionado, sala comedor cocina y una terraza donde pasamos la mayoría del tiempo, el viento que hay hace súper agradable estar afuera. Nos tiramos mil veces al río, usamos la lancha de pedales y fuimos a explorar los alrededores. Realmente el último día nadie quería regresar. María estuvo en constante comunicación conmigo y siempre pendiente de cualquier eventualidad. Tuvimos el apoyo de Elvia en la casa, la hija de Don Mario, durante la semana (pagado aparte y directo a ella) y fue clave para que nosotros pudiéramos estar más tranquilos, es una chica muy educada y servicial. Definitivamente es un lugar que esperamos repetir pronto...

If you are going to El Estor or anywhere on Lake Izabel you should stay here. It's a great place with very friendly people. The water is right in front of the hotel and there is a pool. It is an easy walk to get to the center of town with all the restaurants and street food. It really is beautiful here. Marvin was awesome and very kind.

They picked us up from the municipal dock and took us to the hotel free of charge. They showed us around and to our cabin. The restaurant area has lots of of tables and chairs, a couple couches, some games to play, and plenty of food and drink options for a good price. There are lots of good areas to hang out around the property. It's a great place to be in nature. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Gelände des Öko Hotels. Die schönen Stege und Sitzgelegenheiten am See wie auch das gesamte Gelände konnten wir gut nutzen. Im Restaurant wird leckerer Kaffee serviert und wir haben gut gegessen. Man kann gut im See baden. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel liegt nicht zentral aber es führt ein schöner Weg am See entlang ins Dorf. Sergio ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich bei Bedarf.

Karl and Ursala’s cabin was exactly what we were looking for; a secluded destination surrounded by nature and a warm community. As mentioned by the hosts and previous reviews, the location is remote yet the drive to get there is actually quite beautiful and part of the adventure. Karl provided detailed instructions for arriving and we had no issues and the people on site were very responsive. We recommend Maira’s fish dinner and had a great time using the kayak, swimming off the dock and taking walks on the pebbled paths. Hope to be back soon!

Très bonne adresse pour une étape, chambre impeccable, restaurant attenant appartenant à la même famille et une piscine importante avec cette chaleur ! Santiago et Anthony sont très sympathiques et ont répondu à mes questions. Je recommande cette adresse-étape !
