Holiday rentals with a pool in Lake İznik

Ms. Sena was a very kind and caring host, always responding to our questions quickly and kindly. We enjoyed the whole process, including check-in, welcome and check-out. The amenities at the house were as described in the ad. While the pool being heated seemed like a detail we wouldn't need at first, it offered us extra comfort and pleasure during our stay. The garden design and lighting of the house are wonderful. We are looking to visit again.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, and the location gave us easy access to Taksim, Istiklal Street, and other parts of the city. The host was responsive and available whenever we had questions, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for a long stay — it’s comfortable and well-situated for exploring Istanbul.

We did not have any problems during the stay. The house was as in the photos. It was really good in terms of transportation. The subway is right nearby. There are Migrosjet, a pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. in the vicinity. Everything was as described.

Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.
