Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Lugano

Absolutely lovely stay! The villa is beautiful, clean, and very authentic with a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, she gave us great tips on places to visit and a local café that was both delicious and affordable. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, very thoughtful! The view is stunning, the beds are super comfortable (both a large one and two smaller ones), and the bathrooms were great. We also loved the little treats left for guests, such a sweet touch. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back soon!

The accommodation is even prettier than in the photos! Quiet, very clean and good location. Carmen was very kind and gave good advice.

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Everything was perfect, very clean, comfortable The kitchen is very well equipped. And our favorite place is the balcony with an extraordinary view! A nice, neat apartment, you feel very good. Thank you for these hours of happiness!

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay, Diego was very helpful throughout providing great recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries! Would definitely stay again it was a beautiful spot, lovely restaurants nearby, 10/10 🇮🇹

we spent a week at Alice's place. the direct access to the lake is really cool, we enjoyed the water almost every day. quite place, super clean, and Alice is very available when we have a question. we will come back !

We loved this apartment. The view from the balcony is wonderful - we spent hours watching all the activities and wildlife on and around the lake. The apartment was just as listed, spotless, comfortable, with everything you could need... such a great place to stay - wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation is in a great location, close to many restaurants and the lake with a stunning view of the lake. If we come back to Como lake, we will return to Dave's place. Plus, the hosts were very welcoming. Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. Had the best time in Emanuela's apartment! She was so accommodating when we arrived earlier in the day, allowing us to drop our bags off so we didn't have to carry them about. Once we checked in, she was so helpful with local recommendations and tips. The apartment itself is stunning, right on the waterfront and has so much charm and personality! It allows for easy access to the busier parts of the lake, yet is in a peaceful area! Would entirely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit, and will hopefully visit again at some point in the future!

The apartment was exactly as described, and Silvia was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were very clear, which made checking in easy. It’s true that you need to climb some stairs to reach the place, but the view is more than worth it, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The location was also peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would definitely stay here again.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! The view is stunning, the flat is right on the lake and has everything you need. Betty goes up and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable!! She has thought of everything! The place was stocked with water, coffee, snacks and breakfast items and made it so easy on us. There are many small touches like shelf’s in the bedrooms, QR codes to access things and so many more that make everything easy. The parking space worked great and she met us there and even insisted on helping with luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness of Betty and Markus!! She gave great recommendations. There is a beach here and they provided wet shoes and beach towels for swimming. And a covered area with nice chairs to lounge by the beach! The patio was awesome, overlooking the lake and where we loved to have our morning coffee! Only regret is that I wish we could stay a week. Highly recommend! Would love to come back! Thank you Betty and Markus for a perfect 3 days!

The Host was precise, punctual, and very kind. The home is beautiful, clean, super-equipped, wonderful and well-maintained garden. The indoor and indoor car parking is also very much appreciated. The area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery , with a breathtaking view. Highly recommended.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

The accommodation is sufficiently large with a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. the location is fantastic with a view of the lake and a small beach is also in the immediate vicinity:) The accommodation was clean and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. we will be happy to come back

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

It was like paradise! A huge garden, private beach - what more could you want... A trip to Orta by boat (absolutely!!!) The dog Mogli also liked it very much 😄

It was a fantastic vacation. The place is even more beautiful than the images show—a perfect location for relaxation. The house has a boat to get around (restaurants and food shopping). Before we came, we thought getting around with a ship would be difficult, but it became the vacation's star and made everything magical. We used it several times each day and had so much fun. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mattia was excellent and responsive. His dad even came around to show us how to fish. Couldn't have asked for more from a host. Highly recommend 5/5 on all accounts,
