Alessandra went above and beyond. From the most clear instructions and attention to detail, to the recommendations and little extras. They are certainly the best hosts we’ve had and made things very easy for us. The location was great, not too touristy but close enough for everything to be very easy to get around 😊

Need to work a bit from the parking lot, remember that having free parking in Como is a luxury. The apartment is large and has everything you may need even for a long stay

[Repeat visitor] Best place and best superhosts in Lezzeno. This was our 2nd time staying at Anna E Max's place and was just as nice as the first. Everything is impeccably maintained and well looked after. Temp was 33C on arrival. The flat was cool, the fridge was stocked with essentials as a gesture of goodwill which was really appreciated. The kitchen cupboards are also stocked with a good variety of basics food items + equipment. You can cool off in the pool and float around using the noodles provided and watch the eagles soar up the mountain side or watch the boats and ferries passing by Villa del Balbianello. During our stay we dined in restaurant Aurora and Stonehouse (note: you need to make reservations 24hrs before). The food in both restaurants is excellent and both are in walking distance. Bellagio is a 10min drive with everything it has to offer including a couple of supermarkets (we found OKSIGMA to have best range). Thank you so much Anna E Max. We will be back again!

Great host and a great place in n the heart of Intelvi valley !!! Would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling with the family or by themselves 😊

What a quiet, beautiful and completely furnished cottage. The view of Lake Lugano from the cozy balcony was phenomenal. Ideal for 2 people who love peace and beautiful views. Sophie was friendly, helpful and proactive without being too much in the foreground. Her restaurant is definitely recommended and is within walking distance. We enjoyed the stay and fun excursions for 4 days, despite the slightly less good weather.

The apartment was excellent. Amazing views and a nice space with all of the listed amenities. Would absolutely stay again.

the place looked like the pictures, was clean and you clould reach all the sights pretty well with the metro. there are a lot of resaurants really close by. communication was fast and easy.

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and from booking to departure I have zero complaints. Anna and Stefano were wonderful hosts. I would certainly recommend staying there as the accommodation is in a perfect location with beautiful views over Como. 2 balconies guaranteeing all day sun, especially the living room balcony for the wonderful views. Loved Bellagio and it was an ideal base to explore Lake Como and take a day trip to Milan. I would not hesitate in booking again when visiting Lake Como. Grazie Mille 🇮🇹❤️😎

The villa was beautiful and clean, Marco was super nice and available for everything we needed. We were two couples of friends, just notice that one bedroom is actually in the living room so there is not much privacy for the couple staying in the living room. Other than that everything was great!

The accommodation was exactly as described, easy to find and very well located, in 10 minutes on foot you are at the lake and a small supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, everything was there for cooking. The air conditioning was particularly great, which quickly brought the bedroom to a pleasant temperature. From the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom and especially from the balcony, you have a fabulous view of the lake and the fantastically beautiful Cannero. Communication with Roberto was also flawless and Rina showed us the apartment and gave us very good tips for eating and for activities. We would love to come back at any time.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

Sandra's small accommodation was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather, but Sandra can't help it. Still, we felt comfortable. The beach "on the doorstep" is a pebble beach, so you should wear bathing shoes, otherwise it is a bit uncomfortable. From the B&B you can take beautiful hiking tours. We will be happy to come back :)

Fantastic accommodation with unparalleled views! Clean and fresh with a luxurious feel! We had a fantastic stay in Como and Carolina and Marcus were incredibly helpful, friendly and nice and always responded quickly to questions we had! Highly recommend this accommodation and this host couple!

We had a lovely stay! Studio is just like the photos - quite small but the private terrace more than makes up for it. It has shade and sun all day so you can spend all day relaxing if you so wish. The town is lovely and quaint. There was a bit of noise from neighbours (normal sounds of town life!) - it didn’t bother us but something to bear in mind. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and there were lovely welcome gifts of food and bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend!

This is a beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The balconies overlook the lake and we spent time just sitting and admiring the view in the sunshine. The beds are super comfortable, the apartment was spotlessly clean and fairly well equipped - would have liked a microwave. Excellent air conditioning. The location is not a tourist town, but there is a limited ferry service that takes you to all of the attractions, and buses run hourly. While there is no local beach, I was able to find a nearby spot intended for small boats that provided a lovely point to swim from. While the location is peaceful, the noise from the road is constant during the day and the people in the apartment above were very stompy. As a very reasonably priced accommodation we felt we got excellent value for money.

We enjoyed a full week at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Perledo is a peaceful and friendly village and we not only enjoyed the local cuisine but also to cook and relax in the apartment and on the terrace. You have everything you need and it is very clean and nice furnished. Thanks for this great holiday!

Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

Tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean apartment in Somma Lombardo. Excellent free transfer service to and from Malpensa airport when needed. A few very good restaurants within walking distance. Easy communication with Elena. All in all a pleasant stay. Note - there are no shops nearby or clothes washing facilities.

Location excellent. Around 300 meters to Milan Centrale train station. Check in:simple. Put in the code for lockbox get key go up a flight of stairs and you’re in. Room: Bed: one double bed and one single bed. The bed was comfortable and linen clean and soft. Closet can hold the necessary items. Bathroom: roomy with the rainfall shower head. Shampoo and hand wash supplies. Noise: fairly quiet allows for a good night sleep. Heat/AC: quiet and functions well. Room darkness: dark enough to block out most of the outside light. Refrigerator, Microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle available. TV mounted on the wall had a great picture. WiFi:worked well and good speed. Washer quiet and efficient. Kitchen sink was great to have. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions with photos. Other host to have should be like her. We would stay there again.

Sweet spot in small town not too far from the lake. Great walking trails right by the home to different villages and view points. Host is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Pool was fabulous and very refreshing. Great place all around.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and very well equipped. Set off the main street in a quiet side road, surrounded by a wrap around balcony and beautiful gardens. Lovely restaurants and the lake were in walking distance. The host and his mother were fantastic, very responsive. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The space is exactly as described/pictured. It's beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. Florian was a warm and friendly host who responded immediately to any questions we had. The area feels more local than other areas around Lake Como, which we loved. There are a lot of walkable restaraunts, bars, and beaches, and Florian shared a PDF full of local recomendations for eating and recreation. We had to work a little during our stay, and the space was very accomodating for remote work. My partner and I worked from the two desks and the kitchen table — all were comfortable, and the views were exceptional. There was plenty of storage for clothes, etc. As Americans who are used to A.C., we're always nervous when we travel to places where A.C. isn't the norm, but it was never an issue. Sleeping with the fan on was sufficient. Would stay again and again!

Marzio’s apartment was a perfect base for our 3 day trip in Bergamo & surroundings. It was in the walking distance from train/bus station enabling easy access to everywhere. We were travelling light, so we appreciated the washing maschine. Also, we wanted to cook ourselves and the kitchen facilities met our needs. The only thing missing was basic cosmetics and some food stuff. We bought and left in the bathroom shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Also, we bought and left in the kitchen coffee, olive oil etc. Let’s hope the visitors can benefit from this starter’s package 😊 One thing still to mention is a private parking slot in the closed front yard. We didn’t hire a car but would have highly appreciated this option if we had 👍🏻
