Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Lugano

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

The accommodation is even prettier than in the photos! Quiet, very clean and good location. Carmen was very kind and gave good advice.

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Everything was perfect, very clean, comfortable The kitchen is very well equipped. And our favorite place is the balcony with an extraordinary view! A nice, neat apartment, you feel very good. Thank you for these hours of happiness!

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

We loved this apartment. The view from the balcony is wonderful - we spent hours watching all the activities and wildlife on and around the lake. The apartment was just as listed, spotless, comfortable, with everything you could need... such a great place to stay - wish we could have stayed longer!

The AirBnb was the first stop of the trip within our Italy trip. We stayed there for three nights and were completely satisfied with the accommodation. Although it is about 10 minutes on foot from the restaurants and cafes, we did not find this to be a problem, as the path was very idyllic. The accommodation offered us everything we needed and was a very good choice. I could recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place on Lake Como.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. Sabrina welcomed us with such warmth. The view is breathtaking. Something the photos could not convey. One sits on the terrasse and has the beauty of lake Como and the mountains before one. The peace, the shifting view, from the sun casting diamonds on the water to the moon reflecting on the water. All so comfortable and clean and homely with extra space from the slightly domed ceiling. Sabrina recommended places to go that made the stay magical, one being the Villa Carlotta with the extraordinary gardens. Our stay was too short to see all that is so easily accessible in that exquisite corner of our planet. We loved the stay and we would love to return. and would love to return.

Your place is perfect! When looking out the windows we felt like it was an infinity view, gorgeous. The apartment is better than the pictures and all the nice touches - water, champagne, slippers, snacks were unexpected and so nice! We also loved the speaker and having blackout curtains. I’d highly recommend this apartment for any friends and hope to come back!

Domingo was a first class host. Very friendly and offered a list of great places and restaurants to visit around the area. The aptmt was fully kitted out with everything you might need for your stay and the views from the two balconies over lake Como were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Domingo’s abnb. The apartment has stunning 180 degree unobstructed views over the lake. However , Daniele’s apartment does not just rely on the view, it was spotlessly clean and fantastically equipped with all we needed . We were greeted by Daniele and it’s clear he takes great pride in the apartment .As well as the balcony there was a lovely shaded patio area to the side. We took a walk along “the greenway’ which starts just below the apartment giving traffic free walking through the villages . We’d definitely return here, Thankyou.

The Host was precise, punctual, and very kind. The home is beautiful, clean, super-equipped, wonderful and well-maintained garden. The indoor and indoor car parking is also very much appreciated. The area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery , with a breathtaking view. Highly recommended.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

The accommodation is sufficiently large with a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. the location is fantastic with a view of the lake and a small beach is also in the immediate vicinity:) The accommodation was clean and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. we will be happy to come back

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Our stay at this charming lakeside house was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the serene Lugano Lake, and the availability of a boat and kayaks made every day an adventure. The pizza oven was a delightful highlight, perfect for cozy evenings. The house was spotless, and every amenity listed was thoughtfully provided. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and kept in constant communication, ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommend this little gem!”

It was like paradise! A huge garden, private beach - what more could you want... A trip to Orta by boat (absolutely!!!) The dog Mogli also liked it very much 😄
