Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lake Marion

The cottage is in a great location by the river. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in this great place. We will definitely come back.

Perfect location to spend the long weekend with our son that is currently stationed at Goose Creek. Frank was quick to respond to any questions I asked. Well stocked kitchen so I was able to cook some of my boys favorite meals for him while I was in town. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the lake. We will be back! Thank you!

What a fantastic vacation home! Had such a great time with the kids! The place is beautiful, Kendal is so helpful and responsive (as are the neighbors!), and it’s exactly as described plus more. Just a beautiful, peaceful setting - perfect for relaxation, kayaking, s’mores, and everything in between! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Kimberly is the sweetest lady and their home is beautiful and CLEAN! The pool was the right call after being on the swamp all day. We are grateful to have stayed at this home and would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anthony’s! Our goal was to park the cars on Thursday and not have to leave all weekend, and we did just that. There was so much to do without even leaving the property- a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable living-room seating, each bedroom equipped with exactly the same things- including a very comfortable bed & spacious bathrooms! The guys really loved fishing off the dock, (although the fish weren’t biting 😂) and the ladies enjoyed the pool, kayaks, lake tubes and cornhole! Anthony gives clear cut directions on all the house amenities, is super responsive if you have any questions, and really has outdone himself in setting up a true slice of heaven on lake Marion. The sunrises & sunsets were STUNNING- i cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a creating a space my closest friends and i were able to make lasting memories at! We will be back !

Currie and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed a peaceful week. My niece and nephews loved watching the animals and our walk out to the pond to see the fish. I would stay here again when in the area.

My family loved having a quiet weekend at the lake. We felt perfectly at home during our stay. Personally, I loved that there were memory foam pillows. This is one of the comfier beds I've stayed in with an AirBnB. My kids loved jumping off the dock and swimming in the lake. I loved how peaceful it was to sit on the porch swing and watch the sunrise come up over the lake in the morning or listen to the frogs in the evening. I highly recommend staying here if you have 4 or less people.

This AirBnb had a great location and was a clean and accommodating house. The house stayed cool and comfortable. Very convenient to the Dollar General for any last minute needs. The lake was very fun and quiet with an occasional boats. Only recommendation I have that I didn’t think of needing as we have stayed several places along Lake Marion and have never needed were water shoes if your kids will be playing in the water. There were several fishing hooks lying on the deck, in the water, and hooked under the deck which our kids found and one of which poked a hole in our float. Also, although there is a shallow area that I found to be very nice with having young kids, it is full of broken clam shells of which ended up cutting my daughter foot and it ended up infected. Not blaming the host at all and still gave the house a definite 5 stars as it is swim at your own risk. It is just something I would have wanted to prepare for as a parent coming to this location.

Ben was a super-responsive host. We had a great stay, and the cabin is peaceful. Perfect for a quiet restful vacation!

Had a great stay. Tira was extremely responsive and went out of her way to help when we ran into personal issues. The property was quiet and tucked away off the beaten path. Overall great time for Thanksgiving.
