The cottage is cozy and well-appointed, nestled in a bamboo grove with a view of the sea from the front porch. Just what we needed for a weekend away from the city. Ron was super responsive when we had questions about the heaters. Easy to find and close to town. Overall a great stay.

Michael's Montauk retreat truly lives up to its name - it's the perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of downtown Montauk, yet situated on a peaceful and quiet street. The property was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It comfortably accommodated myself, my partner, and our small dog, and offered plenty of cozy spots to relax and unwind. The family rooms were equipped with great screens for movie nights, and the spacious porch provided ocean views where we could chat and soak up the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend Michael's Perfect Montauk retreat to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in a prime location.

Missy was very communicative and welcoming. We did a little weekend getaway from the city, and it was our first time in Montauk. Missy provided us with a list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which made our short trip feel fuller. She was very generous to let us check in early as we had to work remotely. She was easily accessible throughout our stay. We all really liked the place and how close it was to everything and would rebook if we’re ever back in Montauk.

Can not recommend more! Beautiful house and perfect location! Would love to come back. Kids loved the beach and finding shells and little sea creatures in low tide!

Wonderful stay in Montauk. Family of 5 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It takes 15 mins to walk to the grocery, or only 10 mins the beach and-or a few minutes more only to walk to the town center. The house has a Big smart TV. The backyard is enclosed and safe for children. The yard has a beautiful pergola and outdoor shower (perfect for sandy feet) . The finishes in the house are high quality. There are nice vintage art pieces. The house has both AC and ceiling fans working perfectly. The kitchen had a few missing things that we have communicated to the owner so they probably will be added for the next guests

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Xiao's beautiful home! It was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing, if not better. We especially loved the tranquility of the neighborhood and the incredible spaciousness of the house. The private beach was a true gem – just a short, easy drive away. Highly recommend!

This house was so beautiful and clean. It was only a couple of us to celebrate our “baby moon” together. I personally enjoyed the deck swing the most. Very close to everything and the views were gorgeous. Darren was a very nice and responsive host as well!

Ingrid was great to work with and extremely responsive! Check in was a breeze and the house itself was great - clean, as described, spacious!! Location was also perfect!

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

David's place was great for our group of 4 to stay in the area! We were able to visit Mystic easily and the distance to Ocean Park Beach was super convenient. David's place was spotless and nice to relax in after being out all day. We all especially loved the shower and ac units in our rooms!

Sadie is a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay in her beautiful property. The views were breathtaking and the constant breeze made for a perfect sleeping environment.

So many good things to say about Marianne's home and the experience. - Communication with Marianne- super easy -Location - so close to everything but also so quiet -The treats - yum. What a sweet touch! And also coffee, tea and cocoa - very nice not to have to go out and deal with that first thing in the morning. -The space - absolutely immaculate and so cute and comfortable. Even the bath towels were luxurious! I know it's listed as a couples retreat but I'm totally doing a mother daughter trip here next. She is going to love it! Thank you for opening your home to us. If I could give more stars I would!

The place was so cute and cozy, the host was so sweet and responsive. She stocked it with snacks for us and set the place up ready for us when we got there. Lovely experience.

Kevin’s place was great! Kevin was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean, neat & had everything you needed. The view from the living room & bedroom was beautiful & the lake was a great place to go kayaking. Great for groups looking to have a relaxing weekend, in close proximity to the beaches (~25 minutes). Would definitely come & stay again!

Great space, lovely view, and nice amenities. Very close to everything. If you're a very light sleeper, the train may bother you since it starts at 6am - but we had a toddler, so he was fascinated. I would recommend it!

The Beach Plumb was lovely! Everything was as advertised. The distance to town and the beach, the spacious layout, and the amenities are among the things that made our stay great

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

The location is fantastic, the beach is wide, sandy, well kept, with a couple bar/restaurants just a short walk. The room is compact but was very clean with a comfy bed and good water pressure for showering off the sand. Host is responsive. Checkin instructions are clear and worth paying close attention to the because the blocks between shore rd and the beach only interconnect within each beach club.

Harper House was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect spot in mystic to walk to pretty much everything! We walked to dinner and lunch everyday as well as the shops. Food is great in this area and the hosts left us some great recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in mystic!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

Adam’s cozy cottage was exactly what I needed! I was visiting for a work event and I needed a quiet base-of-operations to answer emails and take calls. The unit was pristine, much more space than I anticipated. Hot shower, full kitchen, comfy couch, and a big bed. When I was ready to turn down, the stillness and quiet was breathtaking. Complete darkness. Whether you need an extended office / room for a business trip like me, or if you want a quiet, isolated getaway near Sag, this is the spot. Thanks Adam!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
