The vintage trailer, manufactured in 1952, is a Spartanette from SPARTAN, a manufacturer of executive aircraft. The interior has been fully restored in an American vintage style with wood as the main theme, in harmony with the forest, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay. After relaxing in the sauna, enjoy freshly brewed coffee or wine in the spacious outdoor living room and have a BBQ with family or friends. You can also experience stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing on Lake Motosu, which is particularly clear among the five lakes of Mt. Fuji. This accommodation is a private resort called "Private Resort Hoshike", located in a villa area about 7 minutes by car from Lake Yamanaka, which was renovated by a designer in November 2025. If you go out to the terrace, you can enjoy a relaxing BBQ with Mt. Fuji in the background. Spending time looking at Mt. How about staying a luxury 6 bed room villa? Our villa is walkable distance to Michi-no-Eki, Onsen, 7/11, restaurant and park. There is no houses in neighbor and very quiet area so you can enjoy BBQ party or any group event. We also have fire pit place at our beautiful garden! Quiet time is after 10pm. Please not make loud noises or loud music. The villa can occupy 16 people so it's perfect for group traveler and several family with children. We have big bath tub so please relax!

You can get away from the noisy city area, yet it's only 5 km to the Lake Kawaguchiko, easy to access other attractions in the area (you need your own car to get by).
