Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Muskoka

Had a wonderful stay! Hunt was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with stylish furniture that made it feel cozy. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was also just a short, pleasant walk to the city—perfect for exploring. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host even provided some great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Cathy was an exceptional host! The accommodations were so beautiful, so much love and hard work put in to making it a cozy place to stay. Bed was huge and comfy. Cinnamon buns were delicious. Hot tub was relaxing and private. We want to come back and try one of her other suites.

Such a beautiful place, inside as well as outside, in the garden and on the lake. Lesley and Ian are very attentive and culturally broadminded. I'd surely recommend staying at their place!

Natalie’s place is excellent! The studio was super clean and very nice. We felt right at home!! It had everything we needed and was close to all the local attractions. Natalie provided a guide ahead of our trip with information about the AirBnb, as well as local recommendations for food and things to do. She was extremely kind and responsive. Cozy Shores is a beautiful spot and a lovely well appointed home. Directly on the water and easy to get to with restaurants and shopping within minutes . Everything was exactly as described - no disappointments . Hot tub and sauna were clean and in good working order . Dorothy was a a generous and responsive host and we immediately felt at home. We truly appreciated her offer of late checkout ! There is lots of privacy inside and out , and pet friendly is a bonus. We highly recommend and we'll be back at our first opportunity . We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. The place was clean, cozy, and it was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The check-in and check-out and garbage disposal process was very clear and detailed, as the host provided an easy to follow instruction. We'll definitely come back!

We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Shiyu was a great host. What an amazing and peaceful cottage. We made some great memories there. Shiyu was very responsive and helpful. The place looks exactly, even better than pictures in real life. Shiyu accommodated us in best way possible. Totally worth getting this place for the weekend and spending time with family. Definitely booking it again soon. I would recommend 100% this property if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was right by the water and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend — I’d love to come back!

A wonderful spot with every convenient considered! The espresso machine might have been the highlight of my trip. The beach is very nice and close. The king bed is a very firm spring mattress, so something to consider if that is important to you.

Very responsive. Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful walking trails right across the road. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran out of toilet paper and within 15 minutes was delivered to us. Would highly recommend!

If you’ve never been to Friday Harbour it’s an amazing weekend escape with beaches, pools, bars and restaurants and light shopping. We spent our 10th anniversary at Marks Condo in the Harbour and loved every minute of it. Mark’s condo in Friday Harbour really is a gem. It’s on the top floor of a quiet building just steps away from the main boardwalk, hiking trails, and everything else Friday Harbour has to offer. The building complex offers communal BBQs and fire pits that are available and easy to use. The condo itself is very clean, bright, with its own balcony and everything you could possibly need. Marks check-in instructions are very detailed and thorough and is great at communication should anything come up. It was an incredible weekend and we will 100% come back.

Home is very clean and suitable for 2 people. Really enjoyed the provincial park pass for Wasaga and Craigleith. This location has walking paths nearby and is a 5-10 minute drive into Collingwood for restaurants and parks. There are some yummy breakfast places on Hurontario St.
