Welcome to the Toronto Beach. We are right next to the lake and have a HEATED private pool and spa that are both open year round. Explore local shops on the high street and swim, kayak (provided), volleyball, basketball and tennis courts right beside us. In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails, and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for the holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace. **note quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00AM

Fitzroy Lakehouse is a waterfront bungalow with year-round hot tub. Direct water access to Lake Ontario with private 200 foot rock beach (via seasonal stairs from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving). Water views from the main room and primary bedroom. Close to the county's best wineries and the town of Consecon. Work space (monitor + desk), fast Starlink internet, outdoor campfire (with wood), kids playstructure, Tesla charger & 65" satellite TV. Fully-licensed STA (ST-2021-077) .

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.
