I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Had a wonderful, peaceful visit. The location is absolutely amazing. The lake and Tubbs Hill almost right out the door. I can’t say enough about the location! The bed was SO comfortable, and I slept like a log.

What a wonderful place to stay in Priest Lake! We stayed here 4 days and 3 nights with my husband and fur babies. It was cozy, peaceful and we kept saying “wow what a labor of love was put into this place”!! It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook with, the linens in bedroom are very nice, and has 3 bathrooms and two showers which was amazing! It is close to Hills and Elkins Resorts which we love both, and we got to explore new parts of Priest Lake we’ve never been to, which was fun! Also there’s multiple grocery stores not too far away, plus you can always stop by the resort restaurants/gift shops and they have food you can purchase. We also dug into their board games and played Sorry and Scrabble every night before bed, and now ordered both on Amazon to continue playing when we arrive to our home. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back here. Thank you!!

An immaculate loft apartment! So close to the lake and parks. Neighborhood is quiet and we'll kept. The unit has everything a person could need and the shower was spectacular (water pressure, size, two handheld, one for short people). super comfy bed and perfect hosts! We hope to visit again, soon. Tabitha was the best Host I've interacted with yet at a vacation rental--very helpful and happy to help with suggestions and recommendations. The cabin was cozy, safe, and very peaceful. It surrounded in tall pines and was exactly what I was hoping for.

Wow is was so peaceful and quiet. So many birds to watch around the dock and from the hot tub and deck. Weather was not as hot as we had hoped but sitting on the dock and reading and watching the birds was just what we needed. The room was so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked we needed nothing, even spices. Be prepared for lots of steps but it was worth everyone. We would be happy to stay again!

We had a great time at Dawn's. They were happy to socialize with us and even shared their main backyard play equipment and animals with our kids. We didn't realize there was only air conditioning in the main living space, but plenty of fans and with the windows open it was pleasant. The beds were soft and kitchen perfect for us. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Laura and her Husband are nothing short of AMAZING People. They were so gracious the entire weekend. My friend and I truly feel like we gained some friends and are looking forward to returning for years to come. Fabulous people and an AMAZING place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We loved how close it was to town and how convenient it was to get up to Schweitzer. The place is perfectly outfitted and had everything we could have needed. What is there to say about Daniel & Charities place other than wow! If you are looking for a beautiful spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful lake, this is the place. My wife and I brought our 1.5 year old and spent everyday hanging out on sandy beach and playing in the lake. It was a wholesome trip and Daniel made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. From Kayaking to fishing we did it all and had a great time. The house is well built and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sandpoint. We highly recommend Daniel's place to anyone looking for a retreat away form it all!

We had a great time. Lots of things to do in walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, lake front parks, bike rental, and a lot more. Aptly named Basecamp for CDA. Would stay here again!

Erich's place was perfect for the 2 of us on a quick overnight stay during a week long vacation. The place was spacious and immaculate. Walkable to all the dining and shopping downtown, but far enough away to not hear all the hustle and bustle. Erich was thoughtful and showed us a shortcut to the waterfront (4 min walk) where the Ironman would be held the next morning. Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in CDA.

My partner and I came up here for a wedding and it was the perfect spot for us! Simple and peaceful! There were a lot of things we weren’t able to take advantage of simply because of our short trip, but we made a morning fire and drank our coffee and ate our breakfast (farm fresh chicken eggs from the host!) while listening to the birds. We had an amazing time and were really happy with this location and all the amenities provided. The hosts were very responsive and we were able to check in early when asked! Thank you! :)

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful modern guesthouse in Hayden, ID. Nestled on a serene, wooded 10-acre property, it offered the ideal mix of comfort, privacy, and convenience. We were in town visiting family for our granddaughter’s first birthday, and this home provided the perfect retreat. Everything was incredibly clean and thoughtfully maintained. Very warm and comfortable. It truly felt like home. The peaceful setting made for a relaxing getaway, and the host, Lauren, was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The chocolates and popcorn were a nice treat! If you're looking for a quiet, private escape with modern amenities in a wooded setting, I highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely return!
