The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.
